Speedy Glass Featuring the NOVUS Windshield Repair System, Portland OR

I recently had my car broken into and needed the window replaced. I was put in a situation where my insurance company and a different auto glass repair company were trying to take advantage of my and charge well above my deductible. Tom and Larry at speedy glass were very helpful in getting me appropriate pricing. I ended up being able to pay upfront (without going through the hassle of filing an insurance claim) and paid about a third of the price for the entire repair! I would highly recommend speedy glass to anyone. They have amazing customer service and really go above and beyond to get repairs done quickly and affordably. Thank you again for the easy experience!

I went in a couple of weeks ago, searching for someone who would reattach my rear view mirror without charging me an arm and a leg. Tom was friendly, efficient, and professional.and they didn't even charge me for their time. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family, Tom and crew, you rock! I had a pleasant experience from my first call. Larry answered the phone and was very helpful in trying to find the glad I needed replaced on my car. When the day came it didn't take long to do. But I enjoyed my conversation with Larry. I will never forget. Makes your feel glad you went.

Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Speedy Glass. I was stressing out because I have an event this weekend that I have had scheduled for months. Tom bent over backwards to get a window in my car TODAY. Very polite. Very personable. I hope I never need their services again, but you can bet your bottom dollar that if I do I will only contact Speedy Glass on Division. And I recommend that if you need service, you connect with them as well.

I, like many others before me in our quaint little town, woke up to my rear passenger window smashed the morning that it had snowed inside my car! They stole most of my makeup in my caboodle, along Along with my jump box & a good $250 worth of clothes. Front desk had zero sympathy * just instructed me to file a report with CC sherriff dept.cause That's gonna help get my stuff back! I get it's not their responsibility, but a kind deed goes far

They were able to change the windshield quickly but had some issues with scheduling because the windshield they ordered never came in which caused some delays.

Someone put a rock through our window, didn't take anything, but bad karma. Speedy Glass was very nice and fit us on the same day. Replaced the window good as new. Thanks!

These guys are prompt, fair priced and do good work. Also good people. When my van broke down in the lot, they were super helpful and accommodating. I couldn't give them a higher recommendation.

Two stars because the staff was nice. But the experience was very poor.

First trip, my cracked windshield was replaced with a new windshield that also had a crack. They required me to pay that day. Drove my car around for another week until I came in for another three-hour service to replace my windshield.

But now the windshield wipers don't work. When I brought my car back in (again), the tech took a look and determined it was probably something my dealer had to adjust. I ended up paying my dealership $90 to eventually determine the windshield tech had just put the windshield wipers on backwards (left/right).

It doesn't end. My windshield's pillar molding (vinyl side covers) don't snap into their place anymore, and are flying off the car. Speedy Glass say I probably just need to buy new ones. My 2013 Ford Focus has never had windshield work done, so the pillar molding could only have been damaged during one of my two back-to-back windshield repairs at Speedy Glass. I bought new parts and fixed it.

What started as a $295 windshield replacement ended up costing me +$450 and a lot more time than I wanted. I would recommend searching going somewhere else for windshield repair/replacement.

After being screwed over by multiple glass shops in PDX, Speedy Glass got me in within the next week, had the best price and the service took less than an hour and a half! Larry was wonderful to talk to while I waited for my car to be ready to go.

Rude. Plain and simple. They offer good prices but not employing anyone qualified to talk to other human beings with any sort of courtesy or empathy. My best advice is to go elsewhere. Gerber did a great job on my next window replacement after I was treated poorly here.

Best price in town, soonest appointment also. Had my window replaced in an hour. These guys are the best! Highly recommend!
