Ben emptied out our septic tank and flushed out the drain line. He was very thorough and explained everything about the service before he began.

We called for an emergency situation and they were here within one hour. They came and went above and beyond to get us working and back up. We called a different company that had come out that same day and couldn’t fix the issue. Jake and Laura really saved the day for us and I can’t recommend them enough for any issue.

Had an emergency; my sewage pump stopped working! I called, and maybe an hour later they were here! They fixed it right up! We found the previous people that installed the failed pump really messed things up. They got everything squared away nice and quick. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. When our septic system alarm sounded, indicating the pump was not operating properly, we called Speedy Septic. That was around 6PM, and the after hours technician answered right away. We determined that it was something that needed urgent attention, but was not an emergency that required an after hours service call.

The next morning by 8: 20 AM, the Speedy Septic office called to let us know someone would be arriving by midday to handle the call. When the technicians arrived, they found that the pump had a loose power connection, which they fixed, rather than trying to sell me on a new pump to the tune of $1,000+.

We were very pleased with the service and professional way all of our concerns were addressed.

Andrew and Justin came on a short notice, on Sunday afternoon, and solved my Ceptic system problem.

Speedy Septic completely turned my opinion around, we will be a customer for life.

We had them inspect our first home purchase with septic, and everything came back fine. Unfortunately we had a drain backup right after moving in. The plumbers we called couldn't find the problem and totally misdiagnosed it as multiple failures in the septic tank.

I angrily called Speedy Septic back, and they sent the two techs who inspected us with a full truck and had a project manager come by too. They were able to diagnose AND fix the issue within 15m, and taught me everything they were doing so I could handle simple clogs myself. They replaced a couple of aging parts and gave me a full maintenance cleaning. Barely charged me, which is completely reasonable considering how I made them rush out on no notice.

Speedy rules. Andrew and the other tech who's name I'm forgetting ruled. Don't trust anyone else.

We had a septic system inspection. The inspection was thorough. In this day and age it is refreshing to see a company send out competent technicians that show up on time and act at the peak of professionalism. The inspection report was easy to read. I now know what needs to be addressed as far as repairs and maintenance. I will be using Speedy Septic as long as I have a septic system.

Speedy Septic answered on a Saturday morning! Multiple 24/7 septic companies in the area never even called back after leaving a messege. Speedy Septic answered the phone themselves, no answerg service. I asked for help on a Saturday, and I an 75 miles away from them. They responded in less than 2 hours, truly an awesome experience.

Jason figured out exactly what was causing our toilets, shower, etc to fail. We didn’t need the septic tank pumped. He found there was a clog and took care of that. He scoped the line from the house to our tank and showed us the grease build-up. He used a power jet to clean that line. He offered suggestions to improve our system and make clean out much easier in the future. We were very impressed with Jason. Competent, friendly and professional. We will certainly use Speedy Septic in the future and highly recommend them.

We had them come out and pump out our sepitc tank. Their schedule was open right away which was helpful. Both employees were very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and went out of their way to treat me great. Their truck could use some repair and maintenance it left about nine small oil drops on my driveway and one big oil spot.

Andre and Justin were very professional! They answered all my silly questions and walked me through my system so I understood what I was paying for. Greatly appreciated their patience and efforts!

Speedy septic took advantage of our situation and overcharged us tremendously. 2 years ago our septic tank got pumped by a different company, we were charged $400. Speedy septic came out and pumped our tank and charged $1,100. The guy that was out to pump our tank kept pushing upgrades, overstating the need for upgrades, acted like a salesman. Save yourself some headache, do not use this company.

Terrible experience with this company. They came out to inspect and the whole time kept trying to sell product. It's a company you use once and then say no thank you. Pushy sales man basically. And the their prices are high also. Never again.

We needed an emergency septic tank pump. Speedy is the right name for company. In less than 15 min I had been called back and truck found that could come. He was on time and really nice young man. Did great job. Will use them again.

Septic system inspection done for a buyer of property today. It was preformed by two young men (who’s names I don’t have) they were on time, efficient, very informative and professional.
