Staff has no issues helping get merchandise down when it's slightly out of reach and very friendly with fast checkout.

Great service, friendly and efficient - good selection with novelty products. Mall was busy so nice that store is right at the top of Summit escalator. Bought an electric ball for $32 bucks.

They would not comnect me with the store.not good service. The in store peeps were great however.

The girls that work here are AWESOME and super helpful & patient, I love coming in. I was super happy when the mall opened back up, so I could come in and return a pair of earrings I bought that the hinge broke on. Their return policy is the best! A competitor (Hot Topic) wouldn't return a pair of earrings that I bought and never got to wear because it was glass and broke before I could even enjoy wearing one time! So needless to say I do NOT shop there anymore! Spencer's is hands down 100% a way Way WAY BETTER place to spend my money and time. Thank you for being so awesome!

My daughter and I always visit Spencers. We get a great laugh and leave with a smile on our faces. They have the very best gifts for family and friends in the whole mall. I dare anyone to visit this store and not get a gift.

They sell really small clothes here, which is odd considering no one in the store is even remotely petite.

Staff good in helping but when they get the product we ask for.i ended taking home the wrong size gages when i told her which ones and even pointed it out? Other than that its an alright colorful place

This is a great place to get a gag gift or an inexpensive fun gift for most occasions or to just browse

Mature content, enjoyable, humerous, sexy, fun, and depending how far back in the shop you go it acts as a nice sensual shop.

I just love this place. You can find all kinds of cool things here. Gag gifts. Coffee mugs. Clothing. Bags and wallets. The wallets are really awesome. You can find magical stuff, funny stuff, embarrassing stuff, and "weird" stuff.

Pretty decent. When I was young I love this place but they haven't done much to change in the last 15 years as a company I'm so it's pretty boring now.
