Spooky's Pizza, The Dalles OR

Very busy! Birthday parties all over the place! Even with the amount of business they were seeing, the service was very fast and very friendly.

Have been there a few times since my last post and I hate to redo my original 5 stars down to 2 but don't try go inside before they close your food will sit until you say something very disappointing

Well done Spooky's Pizza it been a while since I been there had a great evening with my mother especially with a °102 or higher

The wing's were very hard and dried out. Couldn't eat. Had to throw them away. But cheese bread was great. Little one said she loved her pizza.

Food was good, a little pricey, but enjoyable. A bit crowded and noisy, but that is to be expected for a Friday night. Would definitely go back.

The food is great, loved our pizza and we shared a large salad. You order your food at the counter and pick up your drinks and side food, like our salad. They bring the pizza. Just a side note, bathrooms are very clean. We will be back.

Cool, vintage ambiance. The pizza we ordered was very good, with a nice, light but crispy crust. Order at the counter, and then they give you a number and later deliver pizza to the table. The baked cookie dessert with ice cream was yummy.

I only have Pizza with sausage and anchovies at Spooky's for lunch at least once a month for several years. It is always crowded at lunchtime. You order your food and pay in advance at the cashier, find an empty table, and await your food to be delivered to your table. This is very much a local crowd. May be the best pizza in town, but I do not know, I only eat pizza at Spooky's in the Dalles.

Stopped in right before closing and ordered a Hawaiian pizza and 2 small cheese pizzas for my picky kids. Staff was awesome and fast, pizza was some of the best I've had. My kids loved it with no complaints as well (I was shocked).

I will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in the area.

At the suggestion of the friendly cashier I had the Lunch Special. Soup or Salad, 6” two topping personal pizza and fountain drink. Tastes Great & Filling:)

Good pizza if you like thin crust with lots of toppings not all sauce. Gluten free and cauliflower crust also. Only had pizza but sandwiches and burgers looked good.

My family and coworkers love eating here! This place is awesome! Food is great and delicious and the staff work hard to get our food out at a timely manner. Eating in is just a nice as the inside is family friendly and has a mini arcade off to the side where most if not all the kids love to be at.

Spookys is definitely a go to whether you live close or you're traveling through. Good food, good service, nice dining area. Games for kids and they don't make you wear a mask which is why I will support them!
Drive through is a nice perk. Call in an order and drive through to pick it up!
The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I think they are a little spendy. I have 8 kids, 7 that eat food, so I expect to spend money when we go out to eat but sharing pizza we still spend $100.
Would I recommend? Yes!

Upon entering Spooky's, there's plenty to take in - the central "firepit" seating, the wonderful aromas from a kitchen busy at work, music playing, artwork, a well-used gameroom, and ample seating.

The food comes without delay in generous portions via friendly staff. The sandwiches are served with hot, crunchy fries and those great deli pickle slices in a convenient takeout box; and heir pizza is uber popular with good reason.all at reasonable prices.and with free drink refills.

My reason for only 4 stars is dismay at my view being assaulted by a bunch of stuffed and mounted animal heads staring at you from multiple ceiling-height locals. I don't approve of the primitive practice of publicly displaying one's "kill" in the form of taxidermied specimens, especially where animal lovers and youth gather to enjoy a meal.

Regardless, I highly recommend Spooky's for lunch or dinner.

It isn’t a craft cocktail type place, but fast and clean. Counter order and the drinks come up at the drink window with your starter salads which are served in a nice chilled bowl. The beer is served cold and the mixing glasses are child too. It’s a concept that may be a maybe a little dated, but well executed and not dilapidated. They were well staffed for lunch volumes the service assistant pre-cleared plates and was wearing his non slip shoes which shows a good measure of standard. The 1/2 BLT for lunch was great. Perfect toast on the bread and crisp ingredients. Perfectly cooked bacon. $17 after tip was awesome for this gem of a lunch special that included a soft drink and a pint of local IPA. I’ll be back.

Great experience! Polite & courteous staff handled all special requests for a company event. Everything was great; food, service, accommodations. Had a semi-private area specific for group dining. They had many choices of cold & refreshing beverages. We'll be seeing them again soon.

Was disappointed that most of the staff didn't wear masks. We are seeing that immunized persons are getting the VARIENT Covid. A lot of people the came in didn't wear masks either. I have family members who's health is compromised. Won't be eating there again until Covid is under control. My favorite place to eat. Grew up eating there as a kid. Love it!

Great location, great food, fun place to visit. Everyone says “Best food in The Dalles”, who am I to argue. Easy access from the freeway.
