Springwater Chiropractic and Massage reviews
15My experience with them was fabulous! They all are super friendly and I appreciate them for helping me to feel better. Thank you so very much!
If you're in need of a great massage Christie is wonderful! The office staff is friendly, including the sweet office doggy!
This is the best chro/massage in town. I wish I could find this much sooner. I had a rear-ended car accident 2 years ago and I've been to 3 chiropractor offices but all doctors and the massage therapist here really help improve my backache and TMJ. They are very on time and professional! I very highly recommended!
The professionalism, expertise and quality of care, by the Springwater Chiropractic Center staff has been outstanding!
Excellent service, doctor Rodny Sanchez was very detailed explaining my situation, very patient and attentive to my special medical circumstances. My husband was very satisfied with Dr. Sanchez treatment as well. I would highly recommend Spring Water Chiropractic and Massaging services.
Eric is very welcoming which is why I chose this office after my 3rd MVA. Dr. K is kind and a Gentle Giant that listens to the patient. Great Massage Therapist as well. If I have to, I’ll return but I pray for no more accidents.
Awesome customer service and Awesome Chiropractic care.
I went there in total pain! Within 1 adjustments I was backup and walking. Within 3 adjustments I'm doing GREAT! Thank you ALL at Springwater Chiropractor.
Great experience. Excellent staff and great doctors. Like most people I don’t usually love seeing a doctor, but they put me at ease right away. The doctor is knowledgeable and patient and answered all of my questions. I would recommend.
The Chiro at Springwater is great. He listens, customizes care w accordance to your needs, gives exercises and has awesome massage therapists as well.
I had a serious automobile accident and without notice I was able to receive
treatment. Which has been ongoing for weeks with better than expected improvements.
No wait times at appointments has been a treat.
Nice people, wear your mask.
I’ve been going to Springwater for the past 5 months and every visit they manage to bring great hospitality and service. The prices are very affordable (based on how many sections you get adjusted), and I’ve never left the establishment with a bad adjustment. Highly recommend scheduling with Springwater.
I went here because I experienced vertigo and I needed help; This office was the closest to me at the moment. The Dr. Helped me with that and I a very grateful for that. Now the first visit was expensive. It was a exam without x-rays and an adjustment. I guess I am use to get x-rays bef getting an adjustment since I don't have previous history in this office. So my experience here was a 3.
I remember when my back locked up while watching my children. I couldn’t care for my kids, heck I couldn’t walk to the bathroom, let alone any stairs. Being the bread winner of my family, I needed to go back to work. So, I called Dr. Kostin and within an hour he got me in. Literally in less than 30 minutes I was back up moving around like nothing happened. I was even able to run around with my kids that day and returned to work the following day! Thank you Vlad and Spring Water Chiropractic for helping me and my family. You guys definitely deserve 5 stars. I pray for your success.
They were able to work me in for the next day. The primary chiropractor is extremely personable and knows his way around getting the body to move. I've been to many chiropractors and know my body and a TERRIBLE thing most Chiropractors do is is try adjusting you and say, "Ah there it goes" when NOTHING moved. He didn't do that. He said, "Let's try this instead". Honesty for the win!
I can't remember the last time I wrote a negative review on here, but with matters of health I think it's important people have as much information as possible before selecting their care providers. I was raised by a massage therapist and I've seen over 20 different chiropractors in my 31 years. There are tools and techniques I've learned are indicators of those who know what they're doing, and while the presence or absense of activators, impulse guns, drop table, and TENS machines do not necessarily indicate that you are seeing a good or bad chiropractor, I feel strongly that those who have learned how to use these tools do a much better job than those who have not. None of these tools were present at Springwater chiropractic. I came in for severe neck pain and lack of mobility that had set on rapidly upon waking up and stretching my neck. I was able to get a same day appointment here and it's close by my house, so I saw the great reviews and specialty in accident recovery and figured that an emergency adjustment would allow me to at least function throughout my day. Unfortunately, I left my appointment $114 poorer and in more pain with less mobility than when I walked in. I was offered a "courtesy adjustment" for a couple days later if I was still in pain, but after that experience there was no way I was going to trust him with my neck again. I didn't get his name, but no muscle strength testing was performed, the examination and relaxation period was very brief before an attempted adjustment was made, my neck was overly twisted in an attempt to force a pop where my neck didn't want to allow it to happen, and that one adjustment in both left and right was the ONLY adjustment he tried to make. He followed up with 5-10 minutes of light neck rubs which felt nice but not ultimately helpful. I went to Dr. Maurice Smith in Oregon city several months before for the same issue and he used 7 or 8 distinctly different tools and techniques to adjust my full body back into an alignment that helped my neck relax, and I left his office feeling so much better. So it's not like I have an unfixable problem. The only reason I didn't go to him first this time was because of the much longer drive and his lack of immediate availability. Big mistake. I should've waited. I just left Dr. Smith's office and saw a different Dr.who works in the same ways as Dr. Smith and again, left feeling better. So again, my issue is not unfixable. It scares me to think that people recovering from injuries who may not know any better may be putting their health in uncapable hands.
