7These people are the best and positive experience in my life right now. I don't think I could be functional with out the help and support of the St Andrews Legal Clinic. When I thought I was at my darkest hour and my darkest time. They answered my prayer.
So farive had a good experience with them. They definitely like to take their time getting things done though.
I am on a fixed limited income. Thought this place would be cheaper then regular attorney (that is the impression they put out). It is NOT! I constantly had to call attorney to find out what was going on. (I was still in the same house as my now ex.and KNEW what his lawyer had done, as he had told me). Yet it took my lawyer weeks to respond. My case has been closed for two months, I was told they would refund what wasn't used of my funds, yet I've still not gotten the money back. I am however still getting the monthly billing envelope.and have to call many times to get an account balance. Financial dept needs to step up their game. I do not recommend this place!
Terrible they make you schedule an appointment and take your $40.00, not to give any type of legal advise or answer your questions. No conault. At your scheduled appointments they will only tell how
much your case will cost after reviewing the information you gave them over the phone. When you called to schedule. Shady and dishonest. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ST. ANDREWS LEGAL CLINIC.
If you need help with family law and cannot afford an attorney they are the place to go
Terrible terrible experience. Rude and completely unhelpful receptionist who knew very little about our case yet still belittled us when we had questions. Told us we owed more than we actually owed. Never returned our calls or messages. Avoid these people if you can. And if anyone from the clinic sees this please make necessary changes. The people in your community deserve it.
