I've been seeing doctors and midwives at Redmond's clinic for both of my pregnancies and they've been absolutely amazing! The front desk ladies are adorable as well as the nurses and all the rest of the stuff. Gotta also mention Erica Moser that helped us tremendously with setting up the insurance. I'm surprised by negative reviews of this place because they deserve nothing but all 5 stars!

The hospital is ok and all the various medical centers attached are ok as far as hospitals and medical centers go.but they do employ a questionable pickup and delivery service called HD Courier or high desert courier to run samples and other material around from one place to another. HD Courier is a shady company with sketchy employees and a dimwit owner.it's no wonder medical costs are so high considering how much this company is paid by st charles for their services.low paid employees for HD Courier do nothing more than put in hours for a paycheck since the job does not require any amount of intelligence or technical ability outside of driving.they are experts at simplicity or masters of the obvious who thrive on down time in which they can park and sit in one place to play with their cell phones while on the clock. I've seen them sitting in various parking lots for extended periods of time.not a concern to medical centers that overcharge patients anyway.it's a job that might work for the elderly facing mental deterioration but those are the people who should not be driving in traffic when pressed for time.the real issue is the danger to the general public and a potential for injury to others because of reckless cell phone usage and the rush to complete "STAT" orders.i've witnessed these drivers display high stress levels when faced with midday traffic and react to stress by speeding (in general and through school zones), failing to observe street signs, crossing medians, not wearing their seatbelt, and randomly honking the horn for no reason other than just being in a hurry.when medical time limits and job security are the first priorities, drivers express a blatant disregard for public safety.this standard practice is coupled with reacting to cell phone activity.this type of behavior will inevitably lead to accident, injury, and death to some unfortunate local citizen.

I had multiple experiences with this office where they told me I could pick up prescriptions or go in for labs but they didn’t send the information so I showed up at both places and they have no record of anything from my Dr.then when I was able to go the pharmacist the prenatal that my dr. Prescribed are over the counter so the pharmacy couldn’t fill the prescription therefore insurance wouldn’t pay for them

AMAZING providers and staff! I came here for routine prenatal care with the exceptional certified nurse midwives who work here. Half way into my pregnancy I was diagnosed with a rare complication that was seen (luckilly) on ultrasound. Near the third trimester further high risk complications were found and this clinic did everything to get me into a specialist locally who could give an official diagnosis. They worked tirelessly to help me avoid a trip over to PDX, and they were so accommodating and kind at each and every visit. My high risk pregnancy was handlesd with the utmost care. My baby and I are safe and happy. The mental health care is also fantastic here, because you never know when you may need that type of support during or after pregnancy. I highly recommend St. Charles Women's clinic in Redmond for excellent prenatal care!

RWC is unwilling to work with patients and they falsely advertise that they conduct fertility treatments. Three times over a 5 month period RWC had an excuse as to why they were unwilling or unable to see my wife. On one occasion, they had run out of supplies. This clinic is a joke when it comes to fertility treatments. DO NOT bank on them being available to see you.

It was an extremely disappointing experience to receive such subpar customer service at this location. I called with symptoms of a miscarriage and after inconclusive results from urgent care was told by this location to either see my PCP (booked out til Sept), go to the ED or wait because it’s “common” for symptoms/occurrence of a miscarriage to occur at this stage. I understand their limitations as a smaller clinic, but it doesn’t at all excuse their lack of compassion and empathy.

I’m sure some people are like, “Why is this guy posting a review for a Women’s Center? ! ” But I happen to be a transgender male (born with female anatomy) and I was having terrible issues with my reproductive organs. I don’t need them for anything anyway and was finally able to schedule a hysterectomy! I had the honor and privilege of working with Dr. Elizabeth Murrill for the procedure. My recovery went WAY better than expected and the incisions that she made were small and healed perfectly! She has such a sweet disposition and I felt like she genuinely cared about me as a person, not just some patient. She probably had no idea how big of a part she played in my mental health and overall quality of life.but I’m so grateful for what she has done for me. The rest of the staff is cool too, but she’s exceptional!

When looking into a OB/GYN you want to feel comfortable and know you in the right hands for your health. Well not only have I had to go on a roller coaster ride to get seen but been treated really poorly. I got pregnant on an IUD. First time I didn't know until the last minute, but the second time got it as soon as I could, a month before I could get seen. Told the lady on the phone not only did the ER send me here, I have a blood deficiency but had already had a miscarriage on the IUD. ER couldn't take it out because they didn't have a GYN. Told me it needs to come out its life threatening. So obviously I feel the need to trust this place. Miscarried three days before my appointment (March 23rd) sending me to the ER with a hemmerage in my left tube, found out I got a UTI from infection in my kidneys from the IUD causing infection, and The IUD gave me a cyst on both sides of my ovaries. IT WAS A WILD PAINFUL SHOW! Went in got the IUD out. Welp I'm pregnant again, This time no IUD. Went into Urgent care to find out if I still had a UTI (good news i don't) found out I'm pregnant. Got told to go see my OB but has to be within a month with my history of misscarring. So I'm like "okay sweet, I already have an appointment with a ob/gyn on may 23rd they are already going to be doing an ultrasound how about just look at the little one while we are at it. " (You'd think they'd be okay with a two in one) NOPE! Got told they can't do that, they can't get me in within a month, and agrued with me on what the doctor at urgent care told me. Also they told me in these exact words "we can't get you in until we know that this is not a fake pregnancy that we need proof to know it's a liable pregnancy. " Then got told they'd call tommorrow. Never did. So when they do call if they ever do I get to tell them I will no longer be getting care from them, I'm going somewhere else. I care about mommas or trying to be mommas, Don't go here. They really don't care. Some people say you might just get one bad experience somewhere. Well I've had a bad surgery with them, and 5 different bad experiences. (Yes i was counting). Don't wait for these guys go to somewhere that cares for you, your health, and your baby.

Horrible clinic! Dr. Hoshaw is rude, incompetent, and should not be practicing medicine. She laughed at my severe pain, rolled her eyes at me while I was explaining, forced treatment that I did not want, and gave me a class D medication while pregnant, and more! The receptionists have been horrible and messed up every time. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR BABY!

If I could give zero stars I would. Why? They couldn't even look at my chart to see that I needed a general woman's exam (pap) and didn't even recommend one! Second they informed me that I had Pcos and have me a pamphlet and don't even explain my condition. Simply told me to lose weight and I should see a difference. Oh and if you're overweight you won't be treated the same when trying to conceive. The icing on the cake? My current doctor took one look at the labs THEY wanted me to take and could tell I had PCOS With an insulin resistance and prescribed me medication that not only helps me lose weight but helps me feel generally better. Please find somewhere else. St Charles womens is a joke.

The nurses and receptionists are so kind and good at what they do. Some knew me by face at the second visit and all seemed to know me by name by my fourth. I appreciated the bed manner, attention to detail and knowledge of all the midwives and all but one of the doctors. The one doctor that I "didn't like" was probably entirely just a personal preference-one which we had no problem working around at all. Any, even minor, concerns that popped up throughout my first pregnancy were met with timely responses and thorough compassion by the on-call doctors and medical assistants. I will be disappointed if my next pregnancy is not overseen by this terrific crew!

Terrible, they don't listen to anything you say and make you feel stupid for having a concern like you have no clue what your talking about, and they have prescribed me antibiotics 2 times for something I didn't have, and have given me 2 false positive test results back without double checking to see if they are even right. Will never go there again, I'll stick to the original st. Charles with dr. Irby and not be tossed around and have to tell 6 different doctors my story every time I visit.
