Was told I had 2 broken bones by radiologist which was written up in his report. When I returned home and went to specialist with the findings found out I had no breaks just badly bruised and had pretty much healed up in the last week. A radiologist could not tell this from xrays!? Staff was all extremely nice so if not for radiology would probably have a different opinion of this facility. I see other reviewer had same issue.

We have been going here for almost three years now. I hate changing doctors because of the way the healthcare system has been so bastardized since obamacare and then covid. Our doctor here has been great. The problem is the nursing staff and the Nurse Practitioners and Physicians Assistant's. You have to go through that staff to reach your primary care doctor and it is nearly impossible to do that. They rarely respond when you attempt to contact them. If they do respond, about half the time they mess it up and if you complain they are condescending and vindictive. There is a huge disconnect here with their communications and I doubt that anyone is held accountable for their actions. An example of these issues is the most recent problem i had. Three weeks ago my doctor ordered a biopsy. Four working days after I had the biopsy I emailed the doctor asking if there was an update on the results. A staff member responded with a rude and seemingly condescending response. I replied complaining about their response. Since we have had so many issues I decided to send a complaint to the main hospital in bend. After waiting over two weeks for the biopsy results, i emailed them again asking for the results. Their response was that they had not received them and that it was up to me to contact the organization that did the biopsy. Yesterday, almost three weeks after the biopsy I personally went to the procedure center that took the sample. They asked me why I wasnt asking my doctor that ordered the biopsy. I explained that i was told to contact the procedure center myself. The people at the procedure enter then told me that they have never had anyone have to do this themselves and that the ordering physician is who is supposed to follow up and get the results. They also told me that the results had been done since two days after the procedure and had been available to the doctors office since then. If that isn't either vindictive or laziness then I don't know what is.

Had to get stitches removed a few weeks ago and forgot to post this but the nurse I can’t remember her name, she made me feel comfortable about it. Very professional and shared a similar experience with me to make me not feel so alone. Wish all nurses were as caring as her
