My sales person, Jimmy Goepferd, at the Hall Blvd location in Beaverton was spectacular. I purchased several large kitchen appliances from him during the busiest time of the year, and his service never wavered. He was consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating - and I am a pretty particular customer. I recommend Jimmy without reservation. Thank you Jimmy, and thank you Standard TV & Appliance.

We were very pleased with our experience at Standard TV & Appliance. We went to the big blue store and orange store for a washer and dryer but was not pleased with the experience. Then a friend recommended going here and the price couldn’t be beat! Cody was phenomenal! He was extremely helpful, informative, communicative and helped us get the best price. Absolutely the best experience! We’ll be buying a home soon and will definitely be coming here for ALL our appliances! Thank you for such great service. Cannot wait for my beautiful washer and dryer to arrive!

Purchased Maytag washer/dryer at the end of Aug. 2020, it was finally delivered end of Sept. 2020. Dryer stopped drying Nov. 15th, we contacted Standard Appliance they sent repairman out Dec. 6th, said the timing mechanism was not working, he would be back the next day to replace it. No one showed up the next day, I phoned Standard and was told the part had to be ordered. Two weeks later repairman came to install timing mechanism, dryer still not working now need to order heating element. February 9,2021 parts finally in and repairman put new parts in, dryer STILL NOT WORKING! The only thing left is the motor to replace. Now Standard is looking for a Motor for a BRAND NEW DRYER and don't know how long it will take probably months. This is their solution, no one in management will return my calls. What Is One To Do, is there any recourse? I will NEVER -EVER -EVER buy anything from Standard Appliance again.

Horrible experience. Been waiting for my appliances since Friday. It is now Monday. I cannot get anyone to call me back. It may be Wed before I can get them as of last pseudo conversation with the sales person. Never again

Our refrigerator purchase was the easiest and most professional process we've experienced in a long time. The delivery team handled getting the big heavy refrigerator into the house through a small door without a problem. The installation team was very professional, while having to overcome a couple of issues fitting the refrigerator into the cutout. They made it work, and it looks and works great.

Should have went here first started out at lowes nobody helped me went to best buy they were helpful but so busy the guy had 4 people he was trying to help at one time standard beat bestbuy price and delivery fees and I was treated like i was the only customer in the world who needed a washer and dryer. Had my washer delivered yesterday and the delivery team they were great. Professional great sense of humor in light of very tight sticky situations handled it flawlessly.

5 stars for helpful service when I bought my Microwave. 0 stars for not getting the microwave to the store when you said it would be ready for pick up. Man that's annoying, I don't think they understand how annoying that is.

They helped my mom find a dishwasher pain free. They uninstall the old dishwasher and install the new one. This made my mom very happy as some places will not disconnect the old dishwasher. The sales people were very professional and pleasant and we really enjoyed our visit and becoming customers.

Staffs are very knowledgeable and friendly, and that's the reason we've been doing business with them for the last 5,6 years. Great price, no pressure, top notch customer service. This store is our first choice for TVs and appliances many more years to come. Highly recommend.

It's true! I fact checked, and their own insurance dropped them in January 2018, because Standard is such a high risk to customers and inflicts so much avoidable damage in customer homes! Don't be the next victim of Standard TV! Don't let them in your home! There are plenty of other companies with stellar records and insurance companies that trust them and back them!

Gavin helped us with a simple box spring purchase and was incredibly helpful. Even though we weren’t spending a ton of money on a major appliance, he still treated us like valued customers. We were in an out in 20 minutes with smiles on our faces! Thank you!

Steve came out to repair our dryer that was under warranty. He was extremely helpful and fixed it like new! We really appreciated his help in figuring out the problem and making sure it was solved.

I worked with Bob Alexander this time around, he helps me pick out a refrigerator and a microwave. Microwave ended up not being what I needed for my situation, and Bob made the refund quite easy and quick. I still love my fridge. I recommend coming here. And I recommend Bob as well.

Standard TV/appliance tech, Phil came to fix our ice-maker this am. Phil was on time, knowledgeable and able to quickly drop in a new part, since he'd already done some research on parts before he arrived. Phil was very personable, explained what he was doing & briefed us on cost before he proceeded. Service call, labor and parts not inexpensive but if you have to spend $ on service, better to have a repair person who knows what he/she is doing. We trust Standard TV & Appliance to do it right, the 1st time.
