Juan went above and beyond doing such an incredible job! He did everything we asked for and more! The cleaning was so thorough and was done right! He fixed a bad situation and made it so we can be return customers again!

The Carpet Technician didn't take his time. This is the second time I've used them and the tech does is always in a hurry. The carpets looks the same and my 8x10 rug was thrown in for $30 and they literally did it in 2 minutes. It's my fault for not saying anything but then again. I shouldn't have to, if you took pride in your work ethic. Cost me $400

Trenton and Hunter are both very professional and thorough. They made sure I was aware of certain conditions that would need to be addressed to keep my hvac system working properly. Very clean and organized, working very well as a team. I would recommend these gentlemen to anyone. The only drawback that I experienced was the insulation tape that the company provides is silver and does not match my white insulation. I feel it would look cleaner and more professional if it matched (not Trenton or Hunters fault)

I have used Stanley steamer for years? They’ve always been very professional, courteous, and I’ve always been satisfied with the end result. The representatives that have shown up have always been dressed appropriately and clean, and have been extremely nice and courteous of my personal belongings. They always clean up after themselves after they have completed the service requested. I would recommend Stanley steamers to my friends and family.

A mistake was made on the order, but the technician took the time to call the office, and a discount was given. The area manager (Eri) came out and assisted me with a carpet issue un related to cleaning.he also assessed my tile and need some recommendations.
