Always very clean insideand out when done with the pairs. I wish they had a detail shop just to get my car superiorly clean.

They really helped me. I wasn't even a customer, but they helped me with a situation. Give them a try.if they help and treat fairly a NON customer, they probably treat THEIR customers top notch!

All the people I worked with were great! From the assessment specialist to Mario the coordination rep. Always in touch and keeping me updated no the status of the work. Definitely will return to my new friends at Star Body Works.

Star did such a great job in repairing my vehicle! They kept me up to date on everything that was happening and the status of repair. They were good about getting me a quality loaner car and are very easy to work with. Got my car back yesterday and it looks better than it did before my accident!

My vehicle was side swiped, the responsible party had Geico which is contracted with Star, they had good reviews so I agreed to use them. Biggest mistake I’ve ever made. They replaced my door skin with cheap thin material which now raddels and sounds hallow when opening/closing. We called with our complaints but no one returned the call, big surprise. Do not use Star unless you are okay with shoddy work.

Star Body Works is easily the best body shop in the valley. Their quality of work and service is unmatched. I've had my vehicle repaired twice with them and the results have been excellent on both occasions. I hope I don't have to have my car repaired again but if I do, I'm going to Star Body Works. They're a great local business!

Highly recommend Star Body Works. They used OEM parts at my request and their work was flawless. Also great customer service.

I called to see if they were open for an estimate and was told I would have to wait for another day they were booked? Since when did you get so big that you don't have time for a customer to come in with a simple fender bender? Sadly that when you lose accounts, but that happens when business gets big. I like the small shop experience of someone eager for my business. Star was that way many years ago.

Reasonable rates, great communication despite me being a pain, and best of all, my car is back to where it was.

I appreciate the small touches like my car being cleaned before I picked it up.

I am very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them. Geico caused some problems and star body handled it for me. They were communicative, efficient, and had great customer service.

Star Body Works did an excellent job repairing my vehicle and made a special effort to get it finished 3 days early so I could have it for a trip. The front desk was particularly helpful in keeping me informed. I’d definitely use them again.
