I thought I was using the best Mercedes guy in town until he went out of business due to age and health. He told me he took his Mercedes to Joey. Been using Star Motors for about 6 years now and couldn't be happier. The 24 year old 5-speed I drive continues to runs like a top, purrs like a kitten and zoom like office workers during a pandemic.
Starr Motors has always been correct in their analysis while repairs, if necessary, are performed in a reasonable timeframe (once you have your appointment), and for a fair price. They are not cheap but fair. In other words, Star Motors is a really good value. To top it off, the shop is clean as a whistle and everyone is happy and upbeat.

Warning! Warning! Warning! I went for a a service and initially was fine. A few days later, my dashboard showed a warning that I need to stop the car and let it run. I did but the warning never left and it’s still on every time I drive the car which NEVER happened before they serviced my car. I suspect they stole my battery and put an old one. Lately, the Auxiliary Battery Malfunction went on, need another service that was not a problem before I went to Star Motors for B7 service.

PLUS, I got back my car with an almost empty gas which I never let that happen I always drive with at least half a tank coz I know it can ruin the electric components of the car if you drive an almost empty gas. When I got the car, it had an almost empty gas. Yeah, gas these days are expensive as I use premium with this car.

Never going back to this repair shop ever again. I urge everyone that if you think you will be saving money, think again because it might just cost you more in the long run.

We (my wife and I) had an unexpected radiator hose break on my 2013 Mercedes GL 450. I had the suv towed to Star Motors, where I met Heather and Joey Mitchell. Repairs were completed in one day, however, it took 3 weeks before they could schedule me in.

I was directed to Star Motors by Advance Auto (where I send my other car for maintenance, also 5 star service) which is just across the street. I decided to give them a try after having issues with the pricey and time-consuming service at the Wilsonville dealership. My first impression of Star Motors was great. They completed a B service in under 2 hours and didn't try to upsell unnecessary items. I inquired about new brake pads due to a squeaking sound, and unlike the dealership, they advised me that replacement wasn't urgent. I highly recommend their Mercedes-Benz servicing. A 5-star experience for me. Much appreciated!

Wow, always going above and beyond. This is the second straight time we’ve gone to star motors for my wife’s Mercedes. Can I just say that we’ll never be going back to the stealership. We were in for service B and they were able to do everything with a much better price point. Quote was spot on and we’re very satisfied. We’ll see you guys on the next service indicator!

Red Alarm in dash, diagnostic message “Battery Low…. Post me replacing the battery… my car failed to hold a consistent voltage…. ”LOW BATTERY”. STAR MOTORS replaced my Alternator and completed an annual Oil/Filter Change. My Alternator is currently regenerating it’s charge and the battery’s voltage has stabilized…. Thank You …. “SM”!

I’ve been coming to Star Motors prior to Joey and Nathan transitioning from Alaska. After conversation with them, I’ve continue getting service on my car. They’ve been straight forth with letting me know what’s going on with my car. I have high miles and because of the quality repair and maintenance they’ve did, I haven’t had to upgrade my vehicle.
