Starbucks, Medford OR

Customer service desperately needs Sensitivity Training for the Disabled and Handicapped customers. Shocked about the way She did not appropriately handle my situation in Safeway Store it's self.

This star bucks was located inside north Medford Safeway. I tend to prefer a lighter brew of coffee but some like it strong so definitely a good place for that.

I go to the one in north Safeway in Medford Oregon and Madeline always makes my drink perfectly.

It's a super market Starbucks. Everything you might expect from Starbucks is here except tables ald Starbucks wifi

So efficient and friendly. Not my favorite flavors or coffee, but you have to acknowledge they do it right.

Jay is phenomenal. He makes my coffee and tea just the way I like it. He is the only reason why we stop there on a daily basis. His customer service and knowledge of drinks is better than anywhere else including our local Dutch bros or human bean. All the other baristas are eh. Go to this Starbucks if you want a good drink.

Starbucks is great because u know what u get when u go there.staff doesnt seem to b on crack compared to the kids working in drive thru stands, always a good product.

I ordered a green tea. Not a latte, which I mistakenly received that last time I ordered gree tea. She gave me my choice of tea bag and served it hot. Perfect

Coffee sucked at this location, but I love Starbucks so I won't give a bad review bc of 1 location's downfall.still love the coffee
