Starbucks, Gresham OR

I did an online order. Went in there today and they didn’t Acknowledge me not sure why they didn’t. Maybe because i didn’t have a mask on but one girl went to a gentleman and whispered something and he looked up at me.

This is our regular Starbucks and we have always had super friendly service. I placed an order from the app and when I went to pick it up they were out of one of the bakery items. They let me pick something else instead and also had popped in the bag a free bagel, in addition to making my tall coffee a venti. Really appreciated them going above and beyond.

I use to love this location but the past 6 months or so I’ve received consistently bad coffee. Plus the staff isn’t very friendly (with the exception of the afternoon crew). At this point I just drive the extra distance to the other location.

Starbucks is Starbucks no surprises. You either like them or you don't. I don't. Their coffee taste burnt but when the people I'm with want to go there I'm not going to argue. Starbucks is part of Generica. You always know exactly what it's going to be like

Kaden made a great Dragon drink. It was perfect in every way. From the ice to the berries to the coconut drink. Its a low calorie drink made with coconut milk. He was friendly & personable!

Normally I go through the drive thru but today it was to long of a line so I went inside. I was so shocked to see how dirty it was. I'm not talking about a few crumbs or spills, it was build-up. It was gross. I give them a big 0.

We've been coming here for years! Always friendly service, if they don't get your order correct they are happy to remake it for you. Can't go wrong with a drink & treat from Starbucks!

This used to be my favorite. It's still okay, but I prefer the location at 242nd and Burnside now. I only use the Oregon Trail Starbucks when my fave is out of the coffee beans I want (or closed.)

Normally pretty good however on this snowy day I got in drive-through line of approximately six cars. Got to the ordering screen and I repeatedly asked if anybody was there or if they were open. After about a minute I drove to the window and saw a paper sign where you pick up your drinks stating they are temporarily closed. I finally got the attention of a worker inside and when I told him they don’t have signs on the drive-through stating they are closed he replied, “exciting, ” in a super sarcastic tone.

I would love to get in touch with his manager but I can’t find how to do so. I don’t think his manager would be too pleased with his response. I wasn’t angry at the kid but trying to give them a suggestion so he doesn’t have a continuous line of 5 to 8 cars that have no hope of getting a coffee.

Has never been one of the best locations. Speed has never been consistent but used to be one of the better locations for consistent flavor. But despite spacing out my visits by several weeks, today was the third and final visit. I can only assume Starbucks now has their senior barristas who have been making coffee for 3 weeks, training the new hires. I have to wonder if anyone knows how to pull proper shots anymore. Wish I had another 10 minutes to sit I. The drive thru and get a replacement, but this is also probably the best they have to offer, so whats the point.

I got here right at 5: 59 I’m blocked in and my Collin (or maybe his name was Dylan) won’t help because they close at 6, I said so I am here before close and now I gotta wait in line and you won’t even take my order? He said “YUP” I get that it’s New Year’s Eve but they close at 6! Not 5: 59! And not even the slightest apology or anything.

Tried to get my reusable Christmas cup and at 3 o'clock in the afternoon Starbuck's was already out that sucks

I’m not sure if Starbucks has changed up their customer experience training or if it’s just this location but the team members here are extremely friendly and personable and made me feel like I wasn’t just another person in line. Thanks Marci for making my day better and like I was a person, not just an order.

Expensive, inconvenient, the employees (most) are snotty brats that act like you're a peasant. I only go here when my wife orders coffee and has me pick it up.
