Starbucks, Tigard OR

This Starbucks is not only artfully designed with a beautiful interior blocking the distracting road and plaza outside, but the staff are incredibly thoughtful. They go above and beyond.

It’s Starbucks, the coffee here tastes like all the other Starbucks. The people here are nice though, and there is a lot of outside seating.

The people here are always super friendly. The drive through can get tangled quickly because of the weird parking lot, so plan accordingly.

This Starbo's is always the best! The employees are always super sweet and friendly. They all seem to chat it up while your in the drive-thru waiting for your drink. I like that they take the time to ask about my day or something. Shows they like their job and are happy to be there. Soooo much better than the standard drive-thru people that act like your so annoying and are bothering them. Thanks you guys if you see this!

The drive thru can be busy at times, so take the route at the back end of the store that wends through the parking lot, to avoid blocking traffic.

I know what you're thinking when you've found yourself visiting Tigard, Oregon: how can I get the most in with the least driving? Well, this particular Starbucks allows you to experience the PNW's most iconic coffee slinger and, literally across the street, you'll find the PNW's most iconic warehouse store!
Certainly, you could just go to Costco for their coffee vending machine, but why not do both? After all, will you score major stars on the vending machine's rewards program? I didn't think so.
But, really, this is the location I go to when do my Tigard Costco outing with my brother. That means that this particular location has been absolutely critical to my coffee consumption. And, even though it's mostly the same as any other strip mall Starbucks (friendly and clean but echoy and open) for its locaiton alone, I couldn't recommend it more highly!

Thank you Tucker for going beyond my expectations this morning. My special frappuccino is perfect.

Been here three times this week, every time they gave me the wrong order and every time it’s tasted like charcoal.
Guess they give you what THEY want rather than what you want.

A fairly large Starbucks with a full selection of coffee and food, but ordering at the counter is pretty slow. The drive through would probably be your best choice here

The drinks were great but the employees didn't even greet us, let alone smile or acknowledge us. I was pretty disappointed by that, I've come to know Starbucks as a very friendly store in that way. The parking situation is great though!

A frequent visitor of this location since it's near my job. I was helped by such a wonderful gem this morning (roughly 6: 30am, labor day). I must say I'm a sap for good customer service and this wonderful woman made my day just by simply conversating with me. Wish I got her name but I hope she is commended for her wonderful service as she truly deserves it. Quick, friendly, and quality on point!

Multiple times going in, staff is more concerned about their personal conversation with each other than they are about serving the customers. One time, ok.two times not okay, mulitple times, major problem. Called Starbucks after second time. They said Manager would call me back and s/he.never did. Beautiful store but service is below average.

Have given this place 2 tries in this last week. Both times have been a complete waste of money. They need to be trained on how to make the drinks we order.

Is at the old arbys location. Must be something about that piece of land. Always a horrible store. Gave this place a try, took ten minutes, only one other customer. Both of us ordered simple drinks.

Horrible attitude when it’s them that messed up your order. Please train your employees properly to better treat your customers.

A large location with a patio and bar seating. The staff is very friendly and upbeat. There’s a drive-thru and abundant parking.

While the staff are very friendly and make a fast drink, the facility leaves much to be desired. I came in early one morning and the tables still had spilled coffee and crumbs from the night before, dirt and debris all over the floor. It looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in days. There were several flies buzzing about and the patio was filthy.
I'm sticking to drive thru from now on

As clean, cool and new as this place is, my two Orders took 15 minutes to make and had to ask for my orders to get them at last. I highly recommend if your here as a drive thru but not as a sit in and order. Management needs to look into it coz this place is needs it.

Very clean place, nice service, great location, very attentive, great Wi-Fi, conveniently placed power outlets for phones and computers, clean restrooms. Only issue: parking is confusing, their parking lot seems to be rather small, and one doesn't know whether it's ok to park in the spaces that apparently correspond to the businesses next door.

Worst Starbucks EVER, would depose in court. Breakfast sandwich soggy, never seen that before. Coffee last 3rd of coffee saturated with grounds. Please shut it down, seriously
