Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
12Awesome service along with awesome iced white mochas for me and free puppachinos for my fur babies
We ordered 2 drinks online at 6pm and were told to pick up at 6: 13pm. When we got there, their door was locked. There were several employees in there but no one answer the door. We called them but no one picked up the phone. They want to close early is fine but at least honor the accepted ordered instead of ignore customers who standing in the cold for a hot beverage. Bad customer service. And we need a refund tomorrow.
I love going to the Starbucks before heading into work as a night shift nurse. However the last handful of times I’ve come around 615 the drive-through says it’s closed, even though I can see people inside? Wondering what that’s about, anyway, would love to continue coming through the drive through again.
Poor customer service sometimes they don't want to do decals and instead want to add cream instead of decaf coffee.also they closed the inside of their building now.while local coffee shops and restaurants are still open.
This location is near my kiddos pediatrician so we go afterwards for treats! The drive they is always speedy and no one has screwed up my very ‘extra’ drink yet! Employees are fairly friendly, location seems clean. No complaints)
Starbucks is bad generally but jesus H.christ every single barista treats me like we are finally reuniting after many long and lonely years apart, and I am not a regular or even an especially good customer (I'm sorry for ordering a frappuccino at 4 pm but I had just gotten the second vax and wanted to feel something). On top all the extra BS that's been hurled at service industry workers this last year, the drive-through line is always multiple cars deep, but these people are just unflappable oases of calm and friendliness. There's not a lot you could do save pouring hot coffee directly into my open hands that would make me not want to give anyone five stars, so there's no reason for them to be extra nice, they just are! In case this is some kind of franchise sitch, this goes for each Starbucks in Bend that I've been to, but this is just the one I visit most frequently because it's on my way home.
Low grade corporate coffee store that's cares nothing about my business. I like the coffee taste which is the only reason for two stars. Atmosphere is sterile and uninviting and the staff looks like they're doing you a favor by serving you coffee. Starbucks has been on a steady spiral for a long while in my book. My last choice foe a coffee.
It's hard to criticize some places right now because there are a lot of things going on that are beyond their control. Starbucks is just to dang expensive even if you use the app & collect stars. This is not determined at the local employee level so it is not their fault. Coffee is still good but I have to add 2 extra shots just to get it to taste like it did 1 year ago! I wish the local place I like was a little closer.
Don't bother using the app to place your order. Despite drive time, the wait in line, letting them know at the driver thru speaker I am here for my order, they are always have to make my order when I pull up to the window.
I give the coffee three stars. I give the crew I met. One Ash and someone new 5 stars. Friendly and helpful. Was surprising and quite welcome.
I have to say this Starbucks is amazing, from James the manager to the entire crew. I manage an office and we wanted to do something nice for National Nurses Week. We thought taking them coffee during their shift change would be amazing. We approached James on Wednesday and said we wanted to do this the next morning at 6: 30am. That’s the shift change for St. Charles nurses. James not only matched the number of lattes they added another 20 on top to honor our first responders. Just to add how special this place is, it was the managers day off but he came in early just to make sure we had everything we needed. THANK YOU FROM BEND PLASTIC SURGERY! Wish I could give 10 stars!
