Starbucks, Eugene OR

Ordered a tall shaken brown sugar oatmilk espresso, it was nearly 6 dollars. I received a small cup full of ice with about 3 tablespoons worth of beverage in it and it didn't even taste good. What a joke. I've never felt so incredibly scammed before.

Not very welcoming and the team seemed less interested in interacting with customers. Just not very happy with the lack of care. Maybe it was just a bad day or off. Not sure but would like to be greeted and have some amount of small talk.

Average service but this morning I was asked to get back in line at the drive-thru because my drink (a non-modified menu item) would take 5 minutes to make. I did, and got stuck behind two additional cars and that 5 min wait nearly tripled. Somehow still wasn’t even ready when I got to the window. Don’t make people go back in line when you have to drive through a lot with two openings that people can "cut" you from. Pretty stupid being late for work because I went for tea instead of coffee

I usually just look past these things and don't bother but, I've been to Starbucks all across the country and this location has to be the one I've encountered the most issues with, from being ignored at the mobile pickup (when its not busy, otherwise i understand), so I just leave without getting what I need. To my girlfriend being looked at like she's committing a crime for asking for a straw. This is the most convenient location for us as it's on the way to her work, but it's not worth all the hassle. And if your lobby is closed how about posting a sign on the door, or closing the mobile ordering so people in a hurry on the way to work, or without a car don't waste their time, and money coming all the way there for no reason.

In a new location for one year now it's a great addition to the city for travelers. It's located right near hotels, restaurants and shopping.

Drive thru only this morning. Wanted coffee before work. Not everyone has a car. When i have been able to order I like the people who work here so that's why the extra stars. Just be aware if you don't have a car its a toss up if the lobby will be open. If I knew i would have stopped at a dutch bros that was near the beginning of my route to work.

The staff here is amazing. Got especially awesome service from Vinnie today. Will definitely be back.

Ok for a Starbucks, but incredibly noise. Not sure what they did during construction, but it's so loud in here that you should consider bring ear plugs with you.

No one was there. I sat in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes at 7: 00 a.m. This morning. They had a sign on the order screen that said the lobby was closed till 10: 00. But no cone to block the drive-thru. I understand if they are having staffing issues, but that is not cool. At least make it clear that you are not open at all

Decent Starbucks. Can definitely get quite crowded so consider that when waiting for your drinks.

This Starbucks is wholly unique, a perfect unicorn, a singular star shining on the horizon, it stands apart - entirely unlike any of the other 7 Starbucks locations within a 5-minute drive or, really, like any of the other 14,447 Starbucks anywhere.

This one's different.

Drive thru was very fast even with a long line. I had a complicated order but they nailed it first try, and had great reccomendations when I wasn't sure.

Waited for 30 mins for two coffees and my husbands coffee was seriously luke warm which usually our coffees are almost too hot to drink. Idk what was happening at this location but the guy at the window was like hanging out the window talking to the person ahead of us forever! And then we’re thinking they’d be given a giant order and it was just 1 pastry bag? Definitely not the best experience we’ve had at this location.

Clean tables & environment, friendly staff, excellent coffee! The seating outdoor was very comfortable

Ordered an americano with an extra shot. Had to send it back because it tasted too burnt and acrid to drink. When they remade it it tasted like hot water with a few dribbles of coffee in it, so weak especially for a 12 oz.americano with an extra shot. I don’t think I have ever had such a bad Starbucks experience.
