Starbucks, Happy Valley OR

Appears to be permanently closed. There is a misspelled closed sign that seems to be permanently on the register. There is two people staring blankly texting on their phones, but seem to just be there to tell you they are closed. Although I see them making themselves and other Fred Meyer employees coffee so I think it’s just random employees using the equipment and supplies for free coffee. Last 4 days I’ve gone they’ve been closed, times ranging from 9am to 4pm. It’s not a real loss though, the few days a week they were able to manage to pull themselves together long enough to open, it was never more than a couple hours and they were out of half their menu. Usually after trying to order 4-5 different drinks and them being out of everything I give up and go to the one down the road by grocery outlet.

At this location Starbucks is located inside Fred Meyers. Quick service, when I went in there was nobody in line. Customer service was good and a tasty drink!

Went here for four drinks today, and all four were beautifully decorated and very well made:) A young girl with brown/dark hair and Joshie were awesome! Super friendly staff. 9/10

The baristas are great! The drinks are always good! But 4 stars cause they're always out of something.
