Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
8One person making drinks, cold drinks, one running food. The person running food started making hot drinks 10 minutes after ordering ours and 7 drinks were in front of us. This was not a busy day. Pure inefficiency or no prioritizing ability.
As much as I love Starbucks I am always the customer that double checks if the venti is the large one. That fun fact aside, I absolutely love the pumpkin spice frap with the addition of the crunch from caramel crunch. Paired with a muffin or pumpkin loaf and it's destined to be delicious.
Full service Starbucks with indoor and outdoor seating. And public bathrooms. Located downtown.
Can never get the spelling of your name correctly even though you spell your name to them.
Amazing folks serving up delicious coffee in crazy time in a crazy city. Bless everyone working in the service industry! ️
If U R comfy around police, HQ across street, come here for the usual Starbucks consistency or a bit better. Sorry I was too distracted to look for AC plugs.
Just wanted to leave a review for grade A customer service and helpful information provided. I ordered my usual drink but wanted to extra hot so I could enjoy it later, when I asked what was the hottest temperature my latte could be made at I was told 180. Just being curious I asked why that specific temperature and was informed that after that the machines burn the milk giving it a bad taste and it becomes a safety hazard for baristas since it bubbles out of the pitchers and can burn their hands. I thought that was so interesting and am thankful for the explanation, my drink stayed plenty hot and was delicious. I certainly wouldn’t continue trying to order a drink above that temperature hoping the person ringing me up is new and unaware and risk burning someone’s hands and having a poorly tasting drink, thankfully though I was reassured that even when drinks get rung up with such a high temp the baristas on bar know and will only make it to 180 and then let the register know for future ringing. Thanks guys! Keep up the great service and helpful education!
I have a “gold card” status so I goto Starbucks all over frequently as well as this same one. Today I had Natali at the register and I ordered my 195 degrees latte and she said we can’t do that we can only do 190. She then confirmed with another lady who said 180? I said all the Starbucks always does the 195 and she refused. I got it at 190 but the point is she’s not correct and not doing grade A customer service.
