The barista sucks. She never returns a simple good morning or ever acknowledges you're there. Just a "What do you want? " Then when you pay in cash, not even a comment on how much your charge is, just dumps it in your hand.

A simple good morning and your charge is $1.65 would go a long way. If you don't like your job or working with the public, quit and find another place to scowl and be miserable.

Stop by Starbucks this morning before heading to work, and order an iced lemon loaf and this is how they gave me me my lemon loaf This is not okay.

Wow! This was the worst experience at a Starbucks I have ever had. The female voice that took my order was wonderful and had my order spot on, the male at the window was 1. More interested in visiting with a coworker 2. Argued with me about scrapping the bubbles off a 1/3 full drink and filling it with cream, as requested! He was so inconvenienced! Then, after filling the cup up, like it should be, rudely asked me if it was full enough! Really! I am over poor customer service and paying a lot for it! I am shutting the auto load off, on my app, using it up and I am done with Starbucks! Going to work harder to support local coffee stands. Used to be proud that Starbucks was a NW company, not anymore, and confident they don't care!

This is the second time I’ve gone into this Starbucks during business hours and been told that they won’t be opening until later. The staff are there but for one reason or another they can’t open until later.

The order was correct but I feel bad for the 1 person making coffee while 5 people are watching. Get some equipment for your staff! It's not their fault you didn't stock properly.

For whatever reason the drive thru was closed forcing one to pick up drinks at the window. Not a problem but it is a problem if the worker at the window did not acknowledge nor anticipate me. Had her back to the window, standing with her hands crossed and it wasn’t until I said good morning was I acknowledged. In my book it’s hard not to see someone coming up to the window. Not very friendly.

This one is on my way to work so it’s convenient but they keep making my order wrong. It is very frustrating
I got hot pumpkin spice latter with oat milk and I got plain coffee with nothing, no cream no milk, no pumpkin sauce. It costs me $6.75 for a plain coffee. I didn’t realize that until I get to my office. I didn’t even get cup sleeve for the hot drink

Another time I ordered matcha iced latte with brown sugar syrup. They gave me iced coffee. I noticed that right away because they were totally different color and they told me I ordered that. How do I not even know what I order 3 minutes ago? Very disappointed

I had just moved to portland 4 days prior to coming to this Starbucks. I had gotten off of work and my phone hasn’t been charging very well recently I though I could make it home with 20% on my phone. My phone died right when I got to the bus stop before this Starbucks. I used to work at Starbucks (different location) and everyone there was always so helpful and kind. That goes for all the other Starbucks I’ve been too. My phone was dead and being new to the city I thought stopping by this Starbucks was my best bet for help (naive I guess.). I didn’t know they closed at 7pm it was around 730 pm.
I walked up to the window asking for help there were three girls there all of them ignored me. I tried to show them that my phone was dead and I was asking for help. The blonde girl walked to the back i thought she was coming outside to talk to me. She didn’t I walked back to the window the two other girls still ignoring me. The blonde girl comes back to the front and starts yelling at me we’re closed. All three of them are laughing now and I’m on the verge of tears. I’m just asking them for directions.
I walked for about another hour before I encountered someone who was outside and Willing to give me directions.
It wasn’t a good experience I know they close at 7 now. But that really messed with me. It was already dark outside and I don’t know anyone in the city. It’s scary walking alone at night when you don’t know where you’re going. This was 09/27.

Disgusting drink - I've been to this location countless times because it's the closest and EVERY TIME I get a watered down drink! I'm so tired of spending $ here when all I get is a water down fruit juice and have 0 time to get it remade when I'm going to work- why do you employee such incompetent people? Seriously - I feel like this place has stolen so much $ from my pocket by cutting corners and giving terrible customer service

Worlds slowest Starbucks - hard pass on coming back here again - 5 minutes in line and not one person moved or placed in order. Tell uncle Howard to retrain the operation again

Was here around 10am today literally went there directly from picking up my freshly detailed car. The kid at the window who was not one bit friendly hurled my Frappuccino to me so carelessly he flung caramel all over my paint then hands me my coffee that is spilling all over the place. Not one bit happy.

This Starbucks is on my work commute so I stop here nearly everyday and have been doing so for nearly a year.

The times that I usually pop by are the peak busy hours, long line for the drive through and usually a handful of people waiting at the walk up window. In all honesty, I've only had maybe a handful of problems out of the many times I've ordered from here. Whether I'm ordering through the app or in person, it's always consistent and fast.

Came through the drive-thru around 6: 08 p.m. On February 26th ordered a simple refresher drink with light ice, I did not receive the drink correct the window was closed in my face before I could tell them there was a problem with my drink the African American girl that took the order and handed me the drink had a really bad attitude. Not only did she smack her lips but she also rolled her eyes. I didn't feel the attitude was appropriate so I told her never mind about the light ice and I decided to leave a review.

Mango dragon fruit refresher. They have a great variety of drinks, coffees, teas, refreshers and frappes and great things to eat as well. One of my favorites is a chicken, hummus box
