Starbucks, Tigard OR

SUPER slow service. If you have 20 minutes to wait for a drink then this the place for you.

I’ve been coming to this café for years, but now that I’m a Starbucks partner (at a different store), I appreciate this place even more. The store is consistently clean, baristas/shift supervisors are friendly (even when they’re swamped), and wait times are rarely noticeable. I just wish those in management would adequately staff this location because so many people love coming here.

Another location marked as drive thru that is NOT. Wish Starbuck would get better at accurately describing which of their locations are and aren't. Went completely out of our way to this specific location, just to end up at another walk-in location.

It makes me happy that Starbucks doesn’t discriminate against the LBGQT community. However, I wish they would also not discriminate against the handicapped community.
We walked in and notices the handicap table was occupied by non-handicap people. My friend is obviously handicapped, and the designated table makes it easier for me to feed him/pour his coffee. The people sitting at the handicapped table were from corporate Starbucks, or at least district management.
We used to come to this location a lot, but it seems like its now too big of a deal to give proper handicap seating. We will be going back to the other surrounding locations that serve all types of people, unlike this location. Also, aren’t business meetings done in offices?

As always, very clean, nice people, and quick service. The app was not taking orders but when I arrived the line was short and they were getting things out quickly. My Frappuccino was as good as always, blended well and the right mix of everything.

Starbucks is one of my favorite places to get a cold, sweet treat. I can't drink coffee, but they have a lot of non-caffeinated drinks, plus the food is straight up heaven in your mouth. It's a little spendy but it's worth it. If you haven't gone to Starbucks, please go. I promise you won't regret it.

Whenever you walk into a Starbucks, you're typically greeted. Not here. The staff seem to be some of the rudest Starbucks employees around.

Fast service, drinks taste good. Friendly staff. Very small location with little room for sitting. Not a Starbucks that's ideal for hanging out or working at. Have you guys considered trading locations with the KeyBank for some extra room and adding a drive thru window? Can't imagine the bank needs all that extra space.

It wasn't crowded when we went in at roughly 4pm. After a long day at work and a long list of todos still to do, it was a perfect place at the perfect time. The staff was fast and friendly. Nice to see how clean and organized the store is. The texture and flavor of the drink was perfectly made. Keep up the great work and attitude.
