They could use more comfy seating areas and live plants.
If I could rate this 0 stars I would they are always out of everything and consistently make the drinks wrong, they are usually short staffed as well. Definitely do not recommend!:)
Give your workers better conditions and contracts then I'll consider buying from you again
Caitlin (manager?) is so rude, from the order screen to the window. We kept saying sorry because we felt like our business was a big hassle for her. She’s not even the only rude employee here, which is baffling because normally whenever I go to Starbucks people are ALWAYSSSS nice. They make drinks wrong all the time which I chalk up to poor management. Cannot shake espresso drinks properly which means clumps of chunky malt power throughout the drink (on a slow day too). Pumpkin spice lattes consistently gross and sweet. I feel bad for the people that work here.
I know it’s pretty hard serving a mob of students… however with seven workers and it should take 30 minutes to get an iced white chocolate mocha. I asked multiple people where my order was and only if it was an online order would they look it up. Once I said I ordered in person I only got a shrug. No one would check how long (I was asking because depending on time I would’ve cancelled). The girl I was asking set down my drink a few minutes later all the way at the end he of the counter I couldn’t reach and did not call out my name. Absolutely so rude. With how Starbucks has been all over the news I was still trying to support the business that I grew up enjoying. Andrew this experience I will not be returning or recommending.
This is an epic place for coffee! The restrooms are spotless and so is the lobby. I think that they need a few couches or oversized chairs for customers to get comfy and enjoy their coffee. The hard chairs are very uncomfortable but otherwise everything is good. Their coffee is a little spendy but worth it I think. The people who work there are super friendly and know their coffee. Thanks for the wonderful experience!
I order the most basic drinks here and somehow they’re always wrong, they’re also usually out of certain ingredients: (I’d avoid if possible.
Went in around 1: 30ish to get the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and watched the woman make my coffee.she kept looking at me like as if I didn't notice she didn't even put the blonde shots in my coffee! That's the 3rd time this has happened. Not going back!
I applied about a week ago to this location as I have been looking for work. When I called today, May 31st at 4 Pm a male sounding individual picked up the phone I proceeded to tell him that I had applied and gave him my name and then was very quickly hung up on. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt so I tried calling back multiple times and each time there was no answer except for at one point the receiver was picked up and hung up again. I’ve never had this experience before and maybe the person was having a bad day, but I assure you I do not wish to seek employment from here and I will not be giving my business to this location. There was no reason for the rudeness.
When I finally did get ahold of someone to explain why I was calling and to tell them about how I was hung up on the person on the phone told me he couldn’t give me any information as well as a insincere apology about how I was hung up on.
My go to in Roseburg! Great staff! Delicious coffee! Fun to enjoy the nice weather outside while indulging in an iced Americano with cream. Shaken.not stirred
Standard Starbucks coffee, which is good. The staff is super friendly. The line is often long and obviously since it's near campus there are always lot as of students. I appreciate that they have a lot of parking!
Shots were and usually are burned. Starbucks, get it together! When it's done right, it's awesome but very disappointing when the order is messed up and the workers are aloof. It's too expensive for these types of mistakes.
We did not order because the line was long and not moving. What do people order that cause this?
I made the horrible decision to go inside rather than through the drive thru. I ordered a latte, waited 25 minutes, and finally left without my latte. Then, because I waited so long at Starbucks, when I got to the Mexican restaurant where I had put in an order for breakfast burritos, they had accidentally given my order to someone else. I wasted 45 minutes, lost $5 and am so frustrated. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to this Starbucks. Y’all need to prioritize people in person too.
