What is the point in using the mobile app when the lobby is closed and you have to wait 10 min in the drive through to pick up your coffee.

The lobby is closed so waited in the drive thru line since I walked there in 40 degree weather to be told they will not serve me.

If a company is unable to provide basic expectations due to staffing issues or construction they should make sure to adapt to be able to provide the best customer service, all I wanted was a warm cup of anything on my walk.

Huge disappointment, don't even think about it unless your in a running vehicle.

Drive in only? Get everyone unloaded for coffee and break for the kids and your drive in only.

Young lady named amaya was very sweet and coffee was great, excellent even! 10/10 service.yummy oat milk coffee, made my tummy happy

Pulled up in the Drive-thru this afternoon. Waited at the order sign for 10 minutes, trying to get someone to answer. To no avail!
Pulled around to the window & no one was in the store. We waited again.
They closed!
Watched other cars, drive-thru and noone was present!
We called the store about an hour later, they answered saying that the store was closed, drive-thru was open.

I think you all were smoking something in the back!

McDonald’s make a FANTASTIC Frappe at 1/2 the price.
That is where we purchased…

I'm diabetic and the only sugar free option is vanilla. Every where else has a great selection of sugar free options.

Drive 30 plus miles to find them closed at 14: 30 certainly not open on posted hours. Discontinued cinnamon dolce which is wife's favorite. Last order was not done properly, had to drive to Safeways Starbucks to get a free replacement.

Love the cinnamon dolce latte. Drive thru was quick and paying with virtual Starbucks card via phone was easy

I paid $5 for this I am so bummed. Better to go elsewhere for drinks. I added my ice in later and it still did not fill up to the top.
UPDATE: I called and explained that my cup was only filled halfway and they said come back later or tomorrow. I came back the next morning and one of the girls explained that if I wanted it filled up to the top I have to ask for an extra pump otherwise it is diluted. I'm not sure but I did get the cup filled up all the way and that's the way it should be if you pay that much for a drink. I prefer less ice in my drink and put into a separate cup.

Always super friendly - On my last trip I was on the phone and just have them grab a coffee that I bought at Costco but they were still as nice as could be. Thank you for your professionalism

Really nice customer service. I ordered my drinks on the mobile app, but I came in before my drinks were ready, and the servers were polite, and made small talk. The lady also asked clarifying questions about exactly how I wanted my drink made, which is something I’ve never experienced at other Starbucks’.

Wow! The best customer service experience in my entire life! They remembered my inquiry from a year ago about a pride cup or mug for our daughter in Colorado. A year, or more later, they remembered and saved one for her!

Every time we drive through or go in the staff is amazing. Even if they are slammed or stressed.

I waited for 11 minutes for a drip coffee. Finally got it, got in my car, took the first sip and realized that they hadn't added cream. So, I couldn't drink it and was too far away to go back and fix it.

It’s frustrating that I’ve been coming here since they opened and it is very rare to get what I order. If you’re a no foam person then you’ll get extra foam lol. I roll my eyes and they do to if you call them out on it so I’ve given up. I actually stopped for about 2 years because I was just over it. This is my 5th or 6th time back since taking a break and I think I’m just done. $5 for a drink that’s never made like you ask is just dumb on my part.

Good but amazing how expensive coffee has gotten.
We were hooked on the almond croissants but they recently turned into something that looks like a croissant from yards away but neither the pastry, nor the almond filling resemble an "almond croissant". It's a lot of money for a surgery paste in a dough sleeve.

4 years ago, I would have hardly recommended this place. With the current management and staff I've never felt more at home. Staff is friendly and in a way that feels genuine. Always coming up with new drinks and ideas it's not the Starbucks of old-yet it still remains a steadfast brand of quality and standards. Would definitely come back (and I do).
