Starbucks, Lake Oswego OR

There was a huge traffic by this store. It turned out the crossing gate was broken, countless people stuck there for at least 30 mins. A working staff came out of THIS Starbucks with a tray of coffee sample cups, she nicely offered every driver she could reach a cup of free coffee! Many drivers stopped their engines because of the long wait and it was cold in the morning, a cup of hot coffee delivered directly into the car means a lot! Thank you so much for your kindness! This store is full of humanity! Thank you Kalina!

The most offensive person I've ever met.
Kelsey was INSISTANT there is no such thing as spiced chai (masala) which I really don't have an issue with. I simply wanted a dirty chai with Spiced chai as opposed to regular chai tea.
Regardless of the distinction, (most espresso shops delineate between the two) She was extremely rude, offensive, disrespectful and arrogant.
My GF was shocked and I was outraged.
Dear Starbucks, I know staffing is tough but really? This person should be working at DMV not representing your great product.

Anne was great and very helpful. Offered great suggestions and alternatives for a good drink for the best outcome. As somebody that doesn't go to Starbucks often it made for a very nice and smooth experience

Middle aged female supervisor was working the morning of august 24th. The younger boy working the register was nice and friendly but when he asked this woman how to ring up a pumkin cold brew refill she came over and gave me the nastiest look. Wanted to charge me for the foam and sweetener in the refill which I’ve never been charged. As she’s ringing it in she says she can’t touch my cup which is fine but she doesn’t even ask how I originally ordered it. Which was no ice and extra sweetener. I’m walking a long way back to my place and don’t like the ice melting and ruining the drink. But she Just keeps glaring at me. I say I would like it with out the foam this time and she again gives me a mean look and I’m Super uncomfortable and can’t even tell her how else I like it. She ends up making my refill herself but didn’t put in any sweetener even tho she charged me for it.added a ton of ice and overall it tasted horrible. And I felt I did something wrong. I think I’ll avoid this Starbucks because that lady is a real unpleasant person and I’m not paying over seven dollars for an ice coffee just to be treated like that

They had super nice employees but as soon as ⟟ finished the drink ⟟ had horrible stomach aches and threw up.

Don’t address a customer as, ”man”. The concept is simple; treat your paying customers with respect.

I wouldn't even give one star but that's not an option. Ordered a Carmel Macchiato, I'm not sure what was in my cup some kinda of Mocha hot water, no coffee.

It's weird going into Starbucks during the pandemic. Hardly anyone inside beyond the staff, and they add the cream to your coffee,

Employees are always so nice but they are letting people sit inside with no masks on.not even six feet apart. Covid cases are at their highest! Pretty discouraging.

This is a great store. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly - and my drink tasted great.
