Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
9Just ordered a tea that tastes like raw sewage. They either need to clean their pipes or their hot water heater. That or someone took a dump in my tea
Not just another coffee stop. Friendly, fast, great java, quick easy breakfast. Even when there busy they treat everyone great and still get your drinks and food quickly. Thanks for my cup of "wake me up" and double smoked bacon breakfast sandwich. "you guys rock"
They mess my order up occasionally but that's a pretty typical experience at Starbucks. Sometimes the drip coffee tastes really off, either too bitter or completely watered down. Employees are all nice though.
Could the urban planners have made this place any more difficult to get to? As always, great service, consistently mediocre coffee.
I have been a Starbucks gold member for years and I have always had the best experiences with Starbucks staff, I’ve been to this location several times before when I shop at Costco, but today’s experience was horrible. The older lady who took our order was very rude, and questioned the drink we ordered. She was pretty condescending to be honest. My son and I noticed that she was only friendly to the Caucasian customers who walked in. Please do better Starbucks, you can’t have people like that representing your company.
Staff is always friendly and they never forget to greet you the moment you walk in the door.
Came in here with my puppy just to get a regular coffee and as soon as I walked in one of the ladies working the counter very rudely told me I couldn't come in because my dog isn't a service animal.
This is the first Starbucks that has ever told me I couldn't bring him in, puppicinos exist for a reason, I would have just used the drive through but there isn't one and the whole situation was kind of irritating.
I'll go out of my way to a different Starbucks.
I go to this starbucks multiple times a week and have never had any issues. Today was far from that. I did not catch my cashiers name, but she was the oldest one there the rest were younger girls. I could already tell that the cashier I had was in a bad mood when I walked up. I ordered my drinks and then told her I had a gift card and then wanted to scan my rewards code on my phone for points. She proceeded to scan my gift card and then gave me the receipt. She forgot to scan my rewards code and completely ignored me. She told me I could call starbucks to get my points (which isn't true because I tried and they would not help me).
After that, the girl that was making drinks asked me if I needed a drink carrier. I noticed only 2 out of my 4 drinks were ready, and I said yes I need a drink carrier because I have 4 drinks. I was just informing her in case she didn't know (because in the past they have forgotten some of my drinks) she replied in a rude tone "yeah I know, thats why I asked you if you needed one"
I will not be making nearly as many more purchases here anymore. Maybe everyone there was having a bad day, but I did not appreciate the way I was treated.
