Starbucks, Springfield OR

Very slow. Every time when i come in, they always busy. They do have enough people, but there is always 2 people just standing and talking and not doing anything.

Had to go to Dutch bros for flavor for my tea. Drink was not Blended only the ice Dutch bros Is way better

I get Starbucks almost daily and I order the same drink every time. I’m not sure if it’s who’s working in the evening time but every time I get my drink and it’s not in the morning I get the worse drink made. There is absolutely not enough coconut milk in my pink drink. If I wanted a refresher I would just order that but I ask for a pink drink every time I go through and it’s just disappointing every time I order a drink in the evening it’s the same thing. Not enough coconut milk.

I have come thru the drive-thru several times everyone is nice I order the same thing venti shaken espresso with coconut milk light ice because I take my drink to work with me the next morning because they aren't open. Every time my coffee gets less and less in the cup but I'm not paying any less. I shouldn't get hosed on the amount of coffee in the cup because I want light ice. I assure you once the shaken foam on top settled here were my drinks.

Very quick to take your order and the place is super clean. The only downside is that workers put too much ice and foam in the drinks…

Your typical Starbucks experience except that the store is really new and modern. Lots of seating space.

Ordered a specific coffee and they didn't have what I wanted. So the just made the "closest thing" and sent me on my way. Spendy substitute!

I only do the drive thru, but they nail it every time with the beverages, and the service is great. Super friendly employees from my experience.

Incredibly friendly group that go above and beyond. Was going to surprise the office with coffee and got special requests too late. Tyler, Dan, and Sydney went above and beyond to get everything better than perfect. Exceptional team all around!

This was the only store I would go to. I tried all the others in eugene/Springfield and all of the are either rude or don't make very good drinks but lately (the last year) I end up throwing my drinks in the garbage and customer service is terrible. Starbucks has turned into fast food with no personality I'm sorry for this bc I've been a loyal patron for 25 years

Wide open wide, baby. The interior here is big enough for the Bumble and his misfit friends. Always enough people working this store. The employees are pros. They are garrulous and full of jocularity and Professors of All Things Coffee. We receive what we order and quickly. I suggest raises for everyone who works hard and in a most diligent manner at this shop. I'll be back.

I've been a customer for almost 2 yrs now and I show up today to be told do to time change they close at 6: 30pm remind you I showed up at 6: 28pm to be turned away because they said it showed being 6: 30 on there clock already when it clearly wasn't so therefore I'm not a happy customer. They also don't load up on the whipped cream either. So I'm going to rate them 1 star since they should atleast worn or put up a sign that says they are closing early everyday. Instead the person in front of me got the drink they paid for.
