The manager at the Starbucks inside of the QFC store was absolutely gross with her attitude this morning. My wife bought her usual but Gemma? Made the drink incorrectly so my wife pointed that out. Gemma? Got offended and literally tossed my wife her straw. My wife asked her why she was throwing her straw. Gemma? Begins to yell at her. So I asked for our receipt so we can go but she begins to get snippy with me. Gemma? Claims to be the manager of this particular store. I do not believe she should be.
