Being from Seattle and coffee drinker just had best experience with Amir Starbucks employee in Portland very good customer service

It’s the best customer service employee was welcome every one, I love this location it’s the best customer service and product very quality

I have been there twice and they never it my orders right. Don't get a refresher they don't have the fruit in them. And they don't care or tell you. And have never offered to fix it.

Ordered a coconut milk frappuccino yesterday. They used regular milk instead of coconut milk. How do I know? Trust me, I'm lactose intolerant. I'm still dealing with the aftermath.

A daily stop for me because of the staff, then the drinks. Great group of people, hard working and they make it a great start to my day. Leave with a smile, drink and a "have a great day", couldn't be better.

Typical shop with very nice baristas and a lovely, large seating area. This is the only Starbucks I've ever seen with stools available at the pick up spot for waiting guests.

I ordered a capichno, it was really bad. I had also to wait for that. I don't mind waiting, but when the order was bad it pisses me off. The parista told me they had problems with the machine, I guess they should not use it.

It's a Starbucks what can I say the coffee is always the same no matter which one you go to the service is always the same no matter where you go to they really do have the franchise thing down

A pleasant stop for coffee and a snack. The banana bread is my favorite but they have many choices both sweet and savory.

Depends on the location of its real just or quick service. Same goes for how they prepare for beverage, since are good and some are questionable if they added the shots to my mocha. Yes, expensive!

Nice Starbucks. Typical menu. Easy drive thru access. Friendly staff and the architecture is nice than you typically see.

On the way up the Gorge. A clean restroom and favorite drinks. Friendly, efficient baristas. Drive through or go in. May be wait but it won't be long. Glad when we stop here. Drinks always good. We do hot sometimes. Cold other times. Always good.

I had fantastic service from a very kind hearted bearded man. Definitely going to be frequenting this starbucks. A little positivity and a good attitude goes a long way in my world.

I will go out of my way to not use this location any longer. Today I pre-ordered a Blonde Flat White, it was waiting when I arrived. Good, No customers at counter so I ordered two petite scones. Paid and she said they'd be right up. Then she disappeared and no scones. Two customers after me and several drive threw customer got their heated pastries. Still no scones. Then the gal comes walking out the of the back room on the phone. I waited for her to get off and asked where my scones were. She replied "They're coming. " I asked if they were heated? She said no. She went over to the case and put my scones in a bag and handed them to me and said "sorry. " Ugh. I'm on a time clock at work, I was two minutes late because I waited at least 5 minutes for two petite scones! Ugh. Three times sent back my Iced Green Tea Latte with Almond Milk. First time it came hot with milk. Second time it was iced, but the green tea powder was all glumped in the bottom and I couldn't stir it up. Third time I watched her make it and said it looked the same, she then poured it into a shaker cup and shook it up. Took a couple sips and kept getting bitter glumps in mouth and threw it out. Wrote corporate and they nicely responded and added a free drink to my gold card.

Asked to split my order into 2 receipts and paid twice to do that. They put it on 1 receipt. It's not that hard people. Drink was way too sweet. And the sandwiches were dry.

Nice remodel. Surprising amount of seating for a small store. Weird layout at the end of the counter / condiment bar.

This location is consistently sub-par. I frequent many Starbucks but am always disappointed by this one. I always get the same thing - Grande White Mocha, and its as if the Airport Way location forgot how to count because it tastes like my mocha is missing half the coffee. So either they are ripping me off by not giving me the customary three shots or they are recycling their coffee grounds to get multiple shots out of each portafilter. This has been an ongoing problem because I only hit this location during times of desperation, which is about once a year.

Garbage as hell, can't answer the damn phone, when i want to place a order! All i want is coffee! 1 out five f youuuuu!

Staff are too visibly stressed out due to the construction. Unable to process drinks or make them correctly.

Patrick was nice. The rest of the staff who were women were rude and clueless. I told the first woman I had a coupon for a free sandwich on my app and she didnt know how to do this. So she stared at me like she wasnt willing to do anything and like she just wanted this issue to go away. She refused to even try. So I just got coffee instead. When I went for a refill the woman barista saw me and literally turned her back to me. I guess she was hoping I would go away also. Nope. I stared at the back of her head until she could feel my eyes burning. Finally Ms. Plump turned around sighed and clearly irritated said, Are you ready yet? Like Ok. Goodbye felicia. Just cause you are plump and wearing red lipstick does not make you a woman or a feminist or a lady. This place has been invaded with plump loud women who hate to work. NEXT.
