StarCycle Happy Valley

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The Happy Valley Starcycle facility is exceptionally clean, beautiful and the bikes are solid.
I believe I've taken a class with all of the instructors at this point. True fitness professionals who go above and beyond to insure you have a safe workout with lots of support. Try them. You won't be disappointed.

Guys, I show up half asleep, they lock me in a dark room with two candles burning, a beautiful instructor yelling, bomb music pumping, fans spinning, and next thing I know, 45 min later I’m in better shape than when I arrived. I feel like I just left a concert. It’s a no brainer. Stress levels at work brought me here which have improved my business and tomorrow is my 50th ride!

Had my first ride today. I was barely late and brand new. A friend invited me to try it.

So happy I found the StarCycle Happy Valley team. These ladies are inviting, always positive, and the atmosphere is exactly where you want to be to get a good sweat in. Great music and vibes, it’s always super clean, I could go on and on. They made me feel comfortable on my bike when I came for my first time. I had to bring in my family and friends shortly after to show them a good time! Cycling is now a part of my schedule 3+ days a week because of these guys. Oh and they are wonderful with kiddos!

The first time in my life I am enjoying to go to the exercise! Every time it’s a party. I met so many wonderful people. I love StarCycle Happy Valley

Never have I ever loved working out so much! This place is magic and the people that work there are incredible humans! This place is a must try!

Come ride with us! I never thought I would be a member of a spin studio but these classes nourish my body, mind and spirit. I love the dark room with candles and the loud music with a new playlist every time. Allows me to check out and feeds my soul. Kelly and Heather have built an incredible community that I’m so grateful to be a part of

After Covid and all of our home gym set ups, I was in a bit of a rut, so I decided to book a class at StarCycle to help get me motivated and it is exactly what I needed! The staff at the front desk are all so welcoming and the instructors are all great in their own way. If you are looking for a great workout with motivating instructors and friendly faces all around, then I suggest you jump on a bike at StarCycle and see what it does for you! You’ll want to join just as I did!

Everyone is so positive and welcoming! No matter your fitness level, this is the class for you! The instructors make sure are set up properly on your bike. The vibe is so fun with the lights out and loud music. Highly recommend!

Have been attending classes twice weekly for 2 months and feel stronger already! Brought my 4 year old to the childcare and feel completely safe doing so! He had a great time and I got in my workout stress free. Still highly recommend StarCycle!

Can’t say enough good things about StarCycle Happy Valley! Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. There is never any judgement- lights are off, so you never feel like anyone is watching you! Seriously the best! You won’t be disappointed.

Fun class, very energetic with great music. Instructors are motivating and friendly. Lights off with only one light on the instructor so feels like you’re not being watched by others. A great full body workout (even do arms with weights)!

I love this place! Their classes are the highlight of my week. There is nothing better than an amazing workout with awesome music and wonderful people!

I can’t say enough good things about this gym. The instructors are all fantastic and motivating in their own way. Starcycle Happy Valley has done a great job at keeping their clients safe. They have limited bikes when needed and require everyone to wear masks in the studio. Special shout out to Kelly and Heather for doing what they need to do to stay open! Can I give this more than 5-stars?

I can't rave about this gym enough! It's so clean, I feel very safe coming here. The entire team/staff is so warm and knowledgeable! It's very easy to come as a beginner and feel supported and welcome.

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! I am on an extended visit from home and have been going here during my stay. The staff is beyond wonderful. They are cheerful every time. Classes are great. Clean studio as well as bikes. Super cute apparel they sell too! If you want to try spin this is your place!

Simply the best! I’ve never enjoyed conventional gyms. And up until finding Starcycle, I didn’t workout regularly. I look forward to each and every class! I’ve visited other Starcycle locations, and in my opinion, Happy Valley is bar-none the best group of instructors and fellow riders!

Horrible communication. Showed up before class started and they told me they gave away my bike to someone on the waitlist because I showed up too close to the class start time. I was never told about this policy. Just wasted an hour of commute time on this. Disappointing

Before I joined StarCycle I was working with an orthopedic surgeon to get complete knee replacement surgery. I've already had reconstruction and the pain was far too much to live with as a 34 year old woman. He suggested cycling as a last ditch effort so I joined and got my life back! The first 2 classes were so encouraging, but I couldn't keep up. I was out of shape and hurt horrifically. I felt comfortable since the lights were low to just go at my own pace. After 2 months my leg has full extension, no pain, no swelling, muscles built up to stabilize my knee, more energy and confidence, flexibilty, and overall better quality of life. After my 5th or 6th class I cried the whole way home because for the first time in 3 years since my injury I did the simple quad stretch! It felt so amazing and something I thought I would ever do again.

If you are hestitant about joining or trying a class this is such an inspiring studio! The instructions are so charming, sweet, and caring. The environment can make all body types and fitness levels feel welcome and leave with more confidence. I can't say enough amazing things about StarCycle!
