I took a one on one class with Jill and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. The shop itself is a gorgeous space to spend time in with a unique selection of stunning flowers. Jill was so informative about flower varietals, flower care, the principles of arranging them, and even gave advice on what I could plant in my garden. She truly knows and loves flowers so well. I learned so much about arranging techniques from her and left with a bouquet that’s one of the most beautiful I’ve ever had in my home- and I made it! This was such a wonderful use of my time and I would recommend it to anyone who has the slightest interest. I will definitely be back!

Really lovely unique flowers, not just what you’ll see at a typical florist. I got the flower power pick me up and upgraded from $40 to $75 and got this really lovely bouquet with lots of variety. Very easy to order online and pick up.

We joined Starflower's flower club and get a bouquet once a month. Each time, they are not only gorgeous, but such interesting combinations of height, color, and texture that really speak to their talent as florists. Highly recommend!

Great place to pick up flowers or unique indoor plants! I had the best experience with them. They were able to create a hand pick for me and have it ready within a couple hours. When I went to pick it up it was even better than I thought it would be! Awesome and friendly staff.

A lovely shop full of helpful and knowledgeable individuals. I came in looking for something small, affordable, and still high quality and I came out with exactly that.

I couldn't be happier with the florals for my wedding. Jill is such a creative and lovely person to work with, and I love that she uses seasonal and locally sourced blooms for the arrangements. She was able to take my vision and truly make it even better than I had imagined. I am beyond impressed, and I highly recommend Starflower for any wedding or event requiring creative florals! I received SO many compliments on every floral element.

Would recommend if money is no object. Otherwise you will be bummed (fall into a whole of anxiety) by what you get for the price. Wanted to buy a nice bouquet as a thank you gift and thought $40 would get me a substantial bouquet. The florist made a lovely little bouquet that looked like I just picked some wildflowers, would be nice to have on my coffee table, but now I have to shamefully bring what looks like a 15 dollar bouquet to a friend of a friend who was doing me a favor.

I understand that high quality florists cost a lot, and I'm sure these flowers are fancy, but there are rich people florists and regular people florists and this felt like a rich person's florist.

Starflower does an amazing job! I needed 3 different arrangements for my GF's BDay. All 3 arrangements were lovely, but the tipping point was the crown of flowers. The did such a wonderful job. Thank you Starflower.

Such an awesome variety of flowers and bouquets on offer at reasonable prices. We got a flower crown for a birthday and it was easily one of the highlights of the day. This is my go to florist in Portland, highly recommend.

First time client and I have to say their customer service and responsiveness is above and beyond. They really made sure I was taken care of and I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful gift.

First time ever coming it’s 3pm and the lady shuts the door in my face and left for lunch never again will I time coming here.
