Not bad if u need a place and don't have the best history. Great starting point. Safety depends on the neighborhood I choose. All pretty bad these days.

The owners refuse to talk to tenets, and the people they have responsible for dealing with issues refuse to actually solve any problems, including when other tennets are violating my lease they also will try and charge you for as many maintenance things as they can.

That's the same reply I always get. I email you over 15 times last month.you guys don't ever reply to emails even when asking for a reply and you never solve the issue. I will not be silent any more about the mistreatment I have delt with your company. You guys don't even keep up maintaining your property which resulted in my family breathing in black mold and roof beams broken and falling for you to finally fix it. You cant mistreat people and expect people not to say anything.

When I think about living somewhere I think about the cleanliness the quietness how comfortable it is what kind of neighbors do I have. I have lived here several years I can honestly say that all the neighbors here take care of one another. We are a tight-knit community it's pretty quiet here we don't have fighting and loud noise and people up all hours of the night. I enjoy living here and I have witnessed nothing but help and kindness from the management and even from the owner himself and he owns several different properties but hes very vested in what happens here and he cares about everybody and when I have had things that were broken maintenance has always been good to us and they stay till the job is done and even through the holidays at their own personal expense missing time with their loved ones they stayed when I had a broken pipe. I don't know what more could you ask for.

The enployees there are really nice and helpful.
Out of all my times dealing with them ive never had an issue.
The owner is fair and always dose his best to work with the Tenants.

Very good company that recently acquired Tree Crest Apt. Back in April 2022.
Had some issues with the prior management, with record of accounting, Stark First Management went above and beyond to help me with my issue and bringing my accounting up to date. The office staff always returned email & phone call, very well disaplined professional office staff.

Been renting with this company for quite some time now, lately things have been a bit rough for me financially but the ladies at the office were willing to let me work out a payment plan all I had to do was have a quick chat with them and let them know what was going on with my situation. Easy to communicate with. I always see they're maintaince guys cleaning up the property or doing some kind of upkeep. In short im happy to rent from these folks. The owner is very hands on it seems and he always has a smile on when I see him. Thank you stark firs

My daughter has lived at a Stark Firs apartment for 7 years. During that time she has had occasion to contact the maintenance department for assistance. From the office staff to the maintenance workers, they have been wonderful. They are not only courteous, but professional, efficient and capable. They always arrive as soon as possible and treat the tenants with consideration, compassion and kindness. This service is exceptional and often beyond the call of duty. A big thank you to Stark Firs Maintenance staff!

I have lived at Stark Firs Management for about 5years and it’s been great, the property is always kept clean and anytime I have I have any maintenance issues it gets take care of quickly. Maintenance is always very efficient. I have had no issues when I call either office, the employees are always so nice and resolve all my issues.

I've been here for 9 months and it seems safer than my old apartment. When there's a lot of noise it's usually children playing and parents being parents. But I don't expect much and somethings I've learned to live with with my three prior apartment. It's kinda shady but I've never had random people breaking inside or trying die from an overdose right outside my door. No bed bugs, no apartment fires. Nicer and more family friendly neighbors. Plus, better niose control.
I've heard a lot of bad things but I'm starting to feel like it's the majority of portland.
Yes, it's a little shoddy and it's a bad neighborhood. But it's calmer than my prior apartment.

This is the worse slum lord situation. The customer service is horrific. Months on months trying to get something corrected, dryer vent hooked up to vent in bathroom. Turn on dryer and blows in bathroom.turn on bathroom vent and blows in dryer eventually ruining dryer. Sent maintenance to fix and nothing different because they don't know what their doing. Lost all my food in refrigerator due to their refrigerator going out and days before replacement. Doesn't pass code on many things, told to fix never did. This is what happens when you have people coming into area and buying up large masses of property and never reinvesting money back into the property

The office to lease is the point of contact. This was my first experience with anyone so unprofessional and rude in the working field. Natalie Ruiz I assume is to handle applications and send off documentation etc.for Stark Firs. She instead treats people as though they are below her, she hangs up on them. She is very rude and doesn’t take any accountability. This will be the reason I will not rent from Stark Firs Management. This lady set the whole tone for a Company, loosing business.
If this is how I was treated just by applying and being offered an apartment, I cannot fathom how poorly my family would be treated if* we were to move into Any one of Stark Firs Management Units. I need to feel safe and heard by a company I plan to pay thousands upon thousands of dollars to. Stark firs has been a major disappointment.

Well here we are a couple days before Christmas and they are evicting us and our four children knowing we have nowhere to go we are one day late paying our rent $1,800 and they went ahead and follow through with the eviction anyway great company great management thanks Ronnie

Poor service. Unprofessional people that will scam you and then lie even after the fact that there conversation was recorded. I recomended that you don't waste your time or money with these poor people. Go somewhere else and save your money. There application's are scams, just lazy people sitting behind a desk stealing from hard working people. Please read the other reviews. RAZA CHAFA.

Slumlords, they do nothing to curb the crime around or within the apartment complexes they manage.

I called to report a safety issue going on in rosewood Park apartments.they do not care for the safety of their tenants obviously because Natalie hung up on me while explaining yo her what the issue was. Worst management I have ever dealt with and I worst work ethic from every single fat lady in that office.
