Excellent surgeon! Broke my leg in the worst possible way. Dr. Schroeder repaired my 4 fractures and shattered ankle flawlessly. Most important to me, is his bedside manner. He is kind, listens, and explains things so you can understand what’s going on. His MA is so sweet also. I am beyond thankful my PCP got me into see him emergently during Covid!

You were able to get me in on short notice. The team was so nice and explained everything. The Dr. Was wonderful and even though I was fit into his schedule he took his time to look my foot over and go over his findings on the MRI. I'd been suffering from ankle and lower leg pain for months before finally making the decision to see Dr. Schroeder. Dr. Schroeder and his staff showed a great deal of expertise when diagnosing my injury. With x-ray and ultrasound, Dr. Schroeder described my injury in a way I could easily understand. He prescribed me a conservative treatment plan which should resolve my injuries within months. Just two days after my appointment my feet and achilles are feeling better than they have in months.

This was the most satisfying health care experience that I’ve had in years. It was easily to make an appointment and the office staff were helpful and efficient. The medical staff did all the required imaging on site, Dr Schroeder diagnosed the issue and provided a corrective procedure all in a first visit. There may need to be follow-up work. But I’m beyond pleased with the process thus far.

I highly recommend Dr. Schroeder because he did a phenomenal job on my ankle surgery, he listens, he cares, and he always has his patient’s best interest at heart.

Great surgeon. Explained everything in detail that he would be doing to repair our daughters ligament in her ankle. Took the time to answer our questions pre and post surgery. Every doctor we have seen at Sports Medicine Oregon is top notch.

The Post-op experiece needs significant improvement. I have a severe infection now that may become permanently debilitating according to Dr. Schroeder.

Dr Schroeder was recommended to me by a friend who used him for Morton’s neuroma and saw great results. I visited with him this week and he immediately diagnosed my MN and provided clear treatment options and a solid plan B. Very impressed with his proactivity and his obvious depth of knowledge.

Dr. Schroeder treated me for a ruptured Achilles Tendon. He is an experienced surgeon, he had told me I will be able to walk and live a normal life in no time, and I did. I followed his instructions to the bone and didn't give up on physio therapy which again is essential post surgery.
He has the ability to make everything look simple and normal, which is part of the healing process.
I am very happy and glad I got treated by him!
