If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never felt so hopeless. Please do not use this service. First, I was treated terribly by the UPS Staff with the company kiosk near me (I understand that this wasn't their fault) which was racially motivated and denied service but when I called to complain the representative was very unbothered and acted as though it wasn't his problem. I then had to go to ANOTHER kiosk that was super far from my house and THE KIOSK DIDN'T EVEN WORK. Please don't waste your time. One of the worst experiences of my life.

Utter lack of communications with their kiosks and convoluted hierarchy. I’ve had to raise hell just to get some fingerprints taken. Don’t use this company at all.
