Sterling Pointe Apartments, Beaverton OR

My husband and I did some searching for apartments for a possible upcoming move. Dede was very knowledgable. I would highly recommend checking out the property.

I had the pleasure of working with Dede during my rental experience! She was absolutely amazing and beyond helpful! She made the rental process so easy and so pleasant. I am very excited to live at Sterling Pointe and working with Dede is one of the main reasons for that excitement!

I have been looking for places for almost a month and was getting pretty discouraged because everywhere I went or called wouldn’t contact me back. Brianna answered my call and worked with me to find a unit that was perfect for me and my girlfriend. Within less than a week we had all our paper worked signed and are super excited to move into our new home and start our new journey. Thank you for your great communication!

Me and my husband had such a hard time finding anywhere that had an available unit as Portland is a ever growing city. In time we came across sterling pointe. I just want to say Brianna helped us not only get accepted quick but it was painless and easy. Brianna made the process so easy for us as we already are trying to move and we all know moving sucks. Love living here at sterling pointe! I am not from the area, and feel at home here. Staff is all very friendly and maintenance orders get completed quickly. 10/10 would recommend!

Brianna was simply put: amazing! My first time renting in which I felt the leasing office was actually on my side.

I just moved in from California to Oregon Brianna was really good help she did everything she could to help, I know I ask a lot of questions but she was very patient and she always respond quickly! And the maintenance guys are amazing Jonathan he was very helpful and there was another guy I wish if I know his name he’s a great guy too.

The maintenance crew is awesome, when I call something in it has ALWAYS been done under 24 hrs. Called in a repair request like 6: 30am Monday morning.by 3pm Jonathan Ruiz was at my door to take care of it. I spent an hour trying to fix the problem before calling it in. Within 30 minutes Johnathan had diagnosed, took off for parts, returned and completed the repair. Professional, courteous and hard working. Thank You Jonathan.

Sterling Point management has exceeded my expectations. They’ve been beyond attentive and helpful in assisting me with all my concerns since moving in. The apartments are very cute and neighbors quiet and respectful! The entire complex is also very clean and well kept. Highly recommend moving here!

Just moved in and Brianna was super helpful with the whole process. Answered all my questions and made sure I felt welcomed. One of the reasons we ended up choosing these apartments in the first place. So far loving our new little home. Clean, well taken care of, renovated, plenty of parking, and quiet neighbors.

This is a beautiful apartment community and a great place to live. I love the spacious floor plans and the employees!

I was a bit hesitant to rent from a property without first visiting it myself and seeing it firsthand. Since Covid, many things are restricted and I have not seen the actual managers themselves but Brianna and Nina made me and my roommate feel at ease and helped us navigate challenging times with their dedication and professionalism.

I can say “Brianna” was super helpful with the whole things that I asked for and during all of the processes.
She Answered all my questions and made sure I felt welcomed.
We were struggling to get a Garage for 6 years in waiting list, finally she helped me out and we got very close one to our unit.
Even last month she was very responsible to send the maintenance guy to fix the fridge in very short time.
Any time when I sent her an e-mail then she replied responsibly and quickly.
Of course the rest of the staffs and the Manager (Sabrina) are great people but for us Brianna is Number One to contact.
We are grateful to deal with her if we have any problem.

Great place, great community, all the neighbors are nice, but something needs to change about the towing of parked vehicles in non parking zones biking resedents from getting in to their garages, this red camry keeps parking right in front of my garage next to teal blvd building number 14020, they stay parked here for 3hrs to 5 hrs at a time thankfully I own a motorcycle so I can get through this small space, but it's a little different for my mother who has a car and can't even park her car in the garage because this car is unocupied and blocking us from getting in. This needs to stop.

Brianna assisted me with my move in. This is my first time renting an apartment and she went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and understood everything! She was always available for any questions I had and was very patient with me. Additionally, the apartments are great and my service request was completed within a day of putting it in. Can't recommend this complex and leasing office enough

Looks like the parents in this apartment complex don’t care that their kids can get COVID-19. I left a voice mail regarding some kids being extremely loud and running up and down on my stairs since last week and management hasn’t done anything at all. There is about 10 kids playing with books and mud by my building which is making a huge mess.
