1Stewart Lenox Baptist Church has always been my home. I grew up in the church. Back then the ministry was mostly older (in my 10 year) old eyes anyway. I learned the power in the Lord, mercy hope and grace of loving the Lord. The church welcomed us with loving open arms. We went to church camp every year went to Potlucks, Vica with Mrs. Evelyn Holiday. Pastor Jim West had a voice of power behind it. I learned so much by his ministry. At 12 years old he baptized me. I became apart of something bigger then me or the church. I became a Christian and the power of Gods love and eternity where I will live in his house for ever I am older now (the old lady that I used too see on Sundays in the church). I am sick and pretty much homebound I will never forget where my really journey began.
