Stonehedge: Mold in every single unit and they only paint over it! Maintenance that never shows up! No more parks or basketball hoops. No washer and dryer. Rodents! Tenants who slang! Every dog is off leash. Just to name a few things! Serious management and renovations are needed before another rent increase which now comes every 6mo.
