3The experience was fantastic from the first phone call to drop-off. The service itself is extremely satisfying and convenient, especially when compared to a regular moving truck. The customer service was superb, from a willingness to work with our schedule, knowledgeable, helpful and desire to alleviate any stress possible during the stressful time of moving. The box was brand new, sturdy, and the operators can easily get them into tight spots.
