2 Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with Stretch Shapes. The 30x10 Quick Wall we received had a missing pin. Without the pin, the wall would not stand up and we had to scramble the night before our event to find a fix that would allow the wall to stand. Due to the fix not being perfect the wall had a bend in it. Stretch Shapes did send a part the next day, but it was the wrong part even though a picture of the part we needed was provided.
If you order a fabric wall be very careful to check the contents of the boxes to make sure all the parts are provided well in advance of your event. Do not expect a response from Stretch Shapes' sales manager if there's an issue with your order. He has not responded to my calls/emails even though his bio states that he sees "creating a business as an opportunity to inspire and do right by all the people I interact with. " Not in this case.
Stretch Shapes helped us with a rush order - they delivered! Set up directions and packaging kit was a breeze. Thanks Mike and team!
