Subaru master distribution center, Gresham OR

If I could give this distribution center zero stars, I would not hesitate to do so. When my partner got a position with this company, I was ecstatic. I have heard nothing but good things and loved that it was a family oriented company. My partner is an extremely hardworking man, and today he was let go. Instead of give him a warning for his mistake, which was not that grave mind you, they just fired him. I am devastated. We are new parents making this even more difficult. In normal employment facilities, we get a verbal warning first and go down that line. No warning, nothing. My inkling is that his type of employment played a factor. No employee is just a disposable pieces of trash no matter what position. Everyone deserves a chance to make things up. Subaru you really just disappointed me to no end.

It's the Subaru employees vs the temp employees.a lot of back stabbing there. The Subaru employees have a lot of say in what one of the top managers does. Watch out for earmuffs, he is a little sneaky tattle tale amongst a few others, they know who they are.

1 star becuase no clue if this a parts dist.center with tons of room for parts. Why the **** do i have to order parts And await for it to ship from flippen Tacoma Washington? I just live down the road from here. Think I'll just have to pop on in an have a chat. ¯_ (ツ) _/¯

Nice warehouse, very helpful understanding employees except for Mike, receiving supervisor. I was very diligent and hardworking and after no verbal or written warning I was suddenly let go. Very unprofessional!

Pretty straight forward customer to work with, go to shipping window, page, wait, drop trailer at available/assigned door (next to trailer to pickup), hook up to loaded trailer, pull it out enough to close doors, sign paperwork at dock door and seal, and you're good to go.

Staff here very helpful and polite. Nice new warehouse with lots of room for automotive parts. Drivers' area also has a restroom available. Signage for trucks is clear, and directs all traffic to the right at entry and around the one way lot. Driver's entry to shipping office outside of fenced dock area (near drive entrance), but other than that everything was very easy to see and navigate.

Recommend drivers stop near the trailer they are supposed to pickup and walk to Drivers' door so they don't have to drive back around the building.
