Tried filling a claim for roadside assistance and customer service is TERRIBLE. I'm paying for a service that I couldn't even use because customer service had me on hold for over an hour. A stranger finally pulled over to help me, while customer service still had me on just to push my claim to a tow company. Don't apologize, fix it! I'm ready to just go with larger insurance company, they might charge me more but at least I've never waited so long when having an emergency.

What is this; nail factory?
All of the businesses directly down the street from you report nails in my tires every time I visit, even within hours of each visit. Either you are nail factory, or they are artificially pumping their stats.

Had them for about 6 months, the rates were fair. Then I got new vehicles and they wanted to charge 4 times my monthly bill, reason unknown. CANCELLED!

We have had sublimity for years. Five years for our home insurance and 8 years for our car insurance. They were great.until we actually needed to use them. In the 8 years with them as car insurance, my husband barely filed one claim for a very very minor thing. As soon as it was done, they sent us a letter terminating our coverage. Then recently, a pipe was leaking in our house and they found some water damage and some stuff needed to be replaced. Guess what? Right after the file was claimed, we just got a letter that they are now also terminating our home insurance. So basically, they are fine if nothing ever happens time you and you never need to use them.

I don't want to leave a bad review but I've been trying to get an answer to a question on an active claim for 3 weeks, have left several messages but have not received a response (it would seem it's a pretty easy question to answer) and basically all a person can do is leave a message. I suppose I could make the 45 minute drive to their office and walk in the front door. VERY disappointed.

I have sat waiting on hold twice for over an hour on each call.first time was hung up on so had to call back.second time I got a message saying that there was a system error. Basicly 3 hours no answer or if they did answer it was to hang up on me. I know most might say why did you wait so long.honestly it was background noise while I worked.however if this it what it's like for their customers, I feel for you. I am moving on to next company, I cant wait like that on a normal day

Took a few days to get the claim going but once it got started it was done in like 2 days very happy with outcome considering my car was totalled but they giving me a very fair price a little more than I thought they would so I believe with my experience with them they are an honest place nice to know their out there will probably switch to them when get my new car

The have not answered the phone in the Irem office. I had to call the headquarters, which gave me an e-mail address to write to. No luck yet. So much for paying $227/month in car insurance!

Very unprofessional company. It's been over five months and my vehicle is still in the shop after it got stolen. I don't have any sort of transportation and they don't care. They never return phone calls either! That's sad!

Their 24 hour claims line doesn’t work and hangs up on you. The people give you the run around when you need something from them. We have been trying to get a rental (which is covered on the full coverage insurance) for almost two weeks now! We pay for full coverage for a reason!

We had someone run a red light on Feb. 2nd and have been trying to get in contact with someone, anyone for a rental everyday since the accident to no avail. They haven’t contacted us back and forward us to voicemail. They aren’t answering emails at all either.

We have been without a car since the 2nd and it’s now the 14th!

I’ve NEVER had such a hard time getting the services I PAY FOR accessed with an insurance company ever! Go literally anywhere else for insurance!

I was please at how quickly the repair work progressed. I had the money to pay for repairs long before the repairs were completed

My car was parked at parking lot and was hit by Sublimity insurance client. The client realizes his mistake. I was trying to contact insurance couple times, left 5 voicemails and email, the result is here: no one responded. It looks like they are not existing in this world. Poor quality, not professional and not responsive.
