Substance - Dispensary Bend

Our preferred neighborhood dispensary. Great selection, prices, and a friendly staff. It can occasionally get a little crowded inside with the tight layout, but it's never really been a problem.

The staff is super knowledgable and always ready to answer questions and make solid recommendations.

For starters the mood you walk into here at Substance on division is incredibly inviting, beaming with positive good energy are ALL the employees. Truly a place of good vibration.

I personally have had the good fortune of talking with Kaycee, who gave me the direction and insight I had been desperately searching for in regards to getting my medical card. Legitimately the help Kaycee freely gave me was the first time in a year I felt I had some clarity and understanding of what it took to figure out my card.

Kaycee not only shared her knowledge with me but went as far as to write down the information and a website of a local OMMP office. That website was the key to getting the ball rolling and now here I am a proud card holder

There’s no other dispensary I have shopped, in Bend, or Portland. That I would willingly drive past ten dispensaries to go visit other than Substance.

The staff of Substance (Division) is just amazing! They are nice, attentive and polite.
Two years ago, I had a car break down as I picked up my meds there, and they were so nice about it and kept offering me (a red-head) a chair in their staff room. Since that time, I've not even thought about going anywhere else!
The variety of edibles is extremely impressive.

I can't rec' this place enough.

I love goin in to the division street store. I am a DIFFICULT Person to help out when lookin for product. But natter how difficult they take the challenge with a smile!

Substance is an awesome place, especially when Patrick is there! He is my favorite employee, and always makes my day! I will definetely keep coming here for now on because of Patrick!

I originally gave the store a 5-star rating they have now ruined their rating to a one-star this was the best place I found in Bend to get what you need but not anymore they changed their inventory in the prices went up I was extremely disappointed to find out I had to go to another store and spend my money there if you're looking for good deals don't go to the store because they don't have any. I'm a very dissatisfied customer there are tons of stores in the band the area so word to the wise always have something on the Bargain Bin ready to go but I will never know because I won't be back.

Had lots of goodies but the gal that started was scared and the second one just sucked she didn't want to listen to what I do or don't like very frustrating

Great spot great selection (still love this place) best ommp discount around, or Veteran discount. Went in with 22 bucks came out with 3g of dabs and change.

My first visit to a legal dispensary. Excellent staff experience, many selections of varied flowers and thc products. I enjoy (ed) it there and have been back a few times.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! The shop itself is compact but organized very well; amazing product!

I do not partake in using marijuana, but when I do purchase it for a friend who needs it, the budtenders here are very knowledgeable

Love the open space and how we have personal helpers when we go in. Victoria is my best friend.

Always frequent the three shops in town because they have great customer service and knowledge. Come to Substance if you want a great time with some really cool people.
