Sandwich Shop Subway reviews
14It is what it is. Not sure what to make of the “new” items. Better quality? Real? Just signage?
They don't participate in any of the deals that other subways do, the state "because they're a small business" but I call BS. With all the through traffic with the mountain and the fact that you own TWO subway stores in sandy literally not 5 minutes apart. If you can't afford to give some discounts then you don't know how to run a buissness let alone two
Not enough meat and was made really dry despite telling them to adore sauce. On a good note the vegetables on my sandwich seems very fresh and tasty.
Friendly staff and they are fast. Our orders were made quickly and correctly I wish there was in-store dining but thanks to covid there is not.
Ordered a melt and employee said they have to put the veggies on before toasting the sandwich. I wanted the cheese and bread toasted first. When the sandwich was done the veggies were a warm sloppy mess and the shredded cheese they use for the melt wasn't melted and was still cold. It was the worst sandwich I've ever had.
They always get upset if you are ordering multiple sandwiches, so I started ordering ahead on the app, but there is a max of 6 sandwiches per transaction this way. They don't accept coupons in store whenever I try, but you can use them on the app.
Great if all you want is bread have been eating subway for over 20 years it's really gone down hill.
Food was decent. WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS! I got to my car and did some simple math 2 footlong for 13 used a coupon and the employee said any sandwich. 2 means 6 bucks and 2 kids meals 5 bucks each.so by very simple addition 13+6+10=29 I'm using round numbers.receipt total was 31.95 almost 32. So almost 3 more bucks when I used the coupon. Now I'm not usually one to care about 3 more dollars, but when the company nickel and dimes me for wanting an extra scoop of something or a couple more slices of cheese I'm going to ask for my money back that I was over charged.so i went back in and politely said i think i was over charged and she says hack to keep well the computer said it was this much so there is nothing i can do.i responded i dont care what your computer says, you do the simple math it's not correct, she processes to tell me that she was the manager and the system says this is the best deal. I said no I'm not leaving u till you make it right and proceeded to say get your calculator our her type these numbers in 13+6+10.what does that equal? 29. Thank you now please re ring my mean for the correct charges.this whole thing took about 20 minutes for her to figure out. This is one of the reasons why I have a hard time supporting min wage employees making 15 an hour.
The food is good, and I like the employees. The directions that maps takes you too make you go down a wrong way parking lot road thing though, that's not why I put four stars but, just so you know, pay attention for that.
The place is relatively clean but the surprising part is when they say they stop carrying roast beef, cheddar cheese, etc, while charging extra for a single scoop of guacamole, its begs the question what the heck is going on there.
Wow, and a couple more wow's.they ran out of soup, and offered to make more if I wanted when I called.nothing like the other Sandy subway.a bit further away, but worthwhile.
It's a Subway. That said, food is consistently good, staff is friendly, and the store and food areas are always clean.
My friend she took me there for a friendship date because she was staying at my apartment while her van was getting fixed so she wanted to drive is there to eat
Friendliest staff and they treat me great. I'm a daily customer and am always greeted by name and the staff always seem eager to help my picky self.
