Employee said they cant do it because they are the only one there. They are so lazy there. Left with no sandwiches.

They have minors operating cutting machinery witch is illegal according to child labor laws they need to change this immediately what if a minor chops there finger off this is not ok

Terrrrrrible customer service from one of the guys behind the counter. Please and thank you were not in his vocabulary. Time for a some staff training on politeness or rehiring.

Pig ignorant staff member at the desk, he treated myself and my friends with a very hostile and snappy attitude.

Likewise with a young mother and her child-son who were in the line after us, he had no patience for the two of them either.

If he's that upset with his job he should try somewhere else.

Cold sandwiches, poor treatment of customers and a messy restaurant, would not recommend to anyone who visits the outlets.

Located inside the Columbia Gorge Outlets, this Subway was the only restaurant in the food court. It was empty during the time of visit on a weekend. The 2 guys at the counter were courteous and one of them even came to our table proactively to offer us plastic cutlery noticing that we wanted to slice the footlong into halves. The sandwiches were well made, no reason to complain

Food was as expected. Service was not so good. As we waited in line employee helped one customer and walked to the rear of the restaurant. Waited for several minutes, had to ring bell for service. When employee returned stated "Oh did you want a sandwich " as if she didn't realize that was the reason we were standing there.

I was very pleased with how well the employees at Subway made my sandwiches. They obviously know what they are doing and do it very well

Been a regular customer for over a year now and only had good experiences with them.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Personal behind the counter were very rude, pushy, dirty and horrible sandwich makers.

First, Vegetables were old and when I asked for fresh their response, “No, that’s how corporate sends them”. Really? It was lunch time, that’s how they’re serving their food? !

When I received my sandwich it was smashed and turkey just on half of the 6inch sandwich.

Second, I notice they don’t change their gloves, they’ll be touching food and register.

I used to eat here when visiting the outlets but the last two times I have received horrible customer service and bad food.
I will not eat here ever again. I don’t recommend this Subway.

Very impolite two ladies. They were giving us the impression that they didn't want to come here. This just happened 7/20/22 around 13.20hrs.
As soon as we (family) went in the lady said it's cash only as the machines are acting up.
I was okay with it. Then she was rushing us as if there wea a line of people behind us. There was no one in there but us.
She was pretty forceful saying that she needs to get all the breads out for everyone quickly.
I told her that we will start with 2 sandwiches as my mom had to go out to the car.
When my mom ordered a tuna sandwich, she dropped one of two scoops of tuna on the counter. She scraped the tuna from the counter and used it on the sandwich.
She was really angry or annoyed about something.
When my mom asked her if she could please cut the sandwich into 3 as it's hard for her to eat, and she refused saying she only can cut into 2? !
While I was paying for the sandwiches, I asked her if she's okay and I told her that she looks annoyed.
Then both the ladies started to give excuses and tried to argue with me.
I told them that I have no intentions of starting an argument with them and paid in cash.
It is really disappointing how Subway's service gone down the drain.
Either these ladies over here at the Subway, outletmall in Portland need training of some kind of help.

Super nice and hard working. They didnt have all the options when I went but it wasn't their fault at all so i don't hold that against them at all!

I like subway the food was awesome I got the sandwich on the intent on eating it inside but had to stuff it in my bag due too the problems. The problem I have isn't with the store it's with the customers that come in with obnoxious brats screaming and yelling and mom and dad letting it happen it was giving me a headache that I had to leave

If you’re going to be a restaurant and have a drink machine you might want to actually have cups for the drink machine I don’t know It might take a little bit of sense

I came in when it was dead and the employee seemed irritated and said abruptly “you’re going to have to give me a minute! ” Which I thought was a bit odd and rude. She then slammed things around when she was making our sandwich and cashing us out. I’ll try to avoid this location next time.

HANDS DOWN THE WORST SUBWAY ON EARTH! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! All of the workers have the worst attitude and should have to take a class on customer service because the way they act is unacceptable. One girl wears her mask below her face to make the sandwiches, and will walk away from you while your ordering. It needs a whole new team, I have worked in a functional subway with the best reviews on the west coast and this trash is not a subway it’s a attitude way.

This store was closed down when i went to pick up my online order that was supposed to be ready at 6.the sign said they closed at 4.they took my money and theres no way to contact for help.
