Very unhappy bread was old, stalegot foot long top part of bread crumble so will think hard about going back

The order was completed correctly but seemed to skimp on both the meat and the veggies, at least compared to the Subways I usually visit in Canyonville and Grants Pass.

The window service was very helpful and friendly though and that was very appreciated.

I just went here on February 1st 2023. I order drive thru and get to the window the guys asks me do u Wana leave a tip!? I will NEVER go here again why am I being asked at subway drive thru do I Wana leave a tip? I'm SO OVER THIS DAM QUESTION! ITS RUDE AND I DONT SUPPORT ANY PLACE THAT ASKS ME THIS UGH!

My gf tried to order food from here at 9: 30pm and they told her they were closed after finding out she didn’t have a pick up.

Take a minute and look at this sandwich.are you kidding me.my only regret is that I ordered this as an online order so I do not know the name of the person who made this.when I picked it up a man was the one making it, but I didn’t catch his name. Whoever the man is, he is an artist! *chefs kiss* hopefully the manager knows who I am talking about and can give him a raise.

Ordered the sandwich on Wednesday night at 6: 10 in case that helps!

The sandwich was great but the people working today were awful. They were snappy with customers and had a show temper.

The staff are very friendly but when the product an establishment sells is of inferior quality and the prices are ridiculous it's very hard to compensate.

Went through the drive thru the other night and the kid working was very kind and patient and our food came out great for a bigger order and maybe working alone? He was friendly and everything was done great. Thanks!

I just ordered online from this subway at around 9: 30pm (pickup time on 2/8/2022) and I am absolutely speechless about how amazing that was. I have never had a better fast food sandwich in my life and I hope the kid who made it gets a raise. I could not find a single thing wrong with it and you could tell he took his time and put effort into making it as neat and enjoyable as possible. Everything was super super fresh (bread and all of the ingredients) and extremely neatly put together and packaged. Thank you!:)

Pulled into the parking lot and noticed the kid working alone was making sandwiches on the line with his mask pulled under his chin. Didn't even bother going in.

The store was clean and someone took care of me in a timely manner. I had a very good sandwich, it was the Cali-Fresh Turkey, thank for the great sub and great service.

This subway has a drive thru I’ve only came across one other subway that has a drive thru and that is in California right outside of farmersville off of the highway 198 in tulare county. These drive thru subways impress me a lot because I might not like to get out of my vehicle that much especially if I’m traveling which is what I’m doing at the moment and so if I get off of the freeway sometimes I just want to hurry up and get back on the road and going into a subway and having to stand in line and then order inside usually takes way too long if I’m in a hurry so this is awesome to me!

The last time we came here it was perfect however this time the meatball melt was legitimately thrown in the brown paperbag to the point we could not figure out which half was which. It was a jumbled mess with cheese and sauce and meatballs loose in the bag and the bread was smashed making a 6in a 3 in top loaf. Someone was clearly not having a good day, but service was quick.

Lobby was locked an hour before closing. Several customers tried door and left while we waited in drive thru.
