If I could give zero stars I would. The managers of this store are so cheap they barley put any topping on a sandwich and when you ask for more topping they charge you for vegetables. And the manager Ashley has no customer service skills at all.

I’ve came here twice, and a young worker named Logan does not even say hi, or I’ll be right with you. Takes his time before even asking what you want, and it’s very clear he does not want to be there and he’s always in the back.

Logan had a bad attitude. He didn’t welcome me in nor did he even acknowledge that I was there until he made my sandwich.

There’s an employee here that is rude and not welcoming at all. Management should not have him employed there. We stood there and said hi to him and he said nothing back. Not even a simple “I’ll be right with you”. Just a glare. By employing kids that have a really bad attitude, you’re actually steering people away. I believe his name was Jared. Im a restaurant manager and I think his behavior was disappointing. Please employ better people or this place will go out of business.

Its a rip off because they dont train there workers on how to handle problems. They would want you to come in when it best for them to be with people who have not taken there shots. They dont care if you get it or not as long as they get your money. They dont want you severed on line because they dont trian the right way

The staff was nice and friendly however, the young lady that put the veggies on the sandwiches was very Stingy with the amount. She put 3 little pieces of green peppers, 5 olives on a ft long sandwich. I had to ask for more tomatoes and then she only gave me 1 more slice

Terrible employee with a snobby attitude I showed up 15 minutes before closing and the girl said she can’t toast a sandwich because she turned the toaster off is it that hard to turn it on?

Brown lettuce, no fresh veggies, refused to get fresh lettuce. No jalapeños, no onions. Waited for 35 minutes while 1 person had to make 6 sandwiches. It was ridiculous. I will never come here again. It was also very dirty.

I just went in here (literally like 10 minutes ago) and I gotta say 10/10 for the person who made my sandwich. They had short blond hair (looked possibly bleached) and they made my sandwich perfectly!
I have a bit of OCD and some anxiety and legit I hate the way most people just throw it together because it stresses me tf out, and I have to take it apart and re put it together. But this person took their time and made it nice and neat and oh so wonderful I probably will only eat subway if I get it here and they make it again lol

I feel bad for door dash because this subway makes them look bad along with themselves. This is the second time we have ordered subway off of door dash and it got royally messed up. The first time we let it slide, but the second time, when we only got bread (the wrong bread), lettuce, pickles and mayo was just down right disturbing. That doesn't sound appetizing to anybody. I just don't understand what is so hard about reading a piece of paper printed out with all the ingredients, all you have to do is put it together. Sorry door dash for this company's mess ups.

I Give it two stars The bread wasn't toasted enough & they put so little toppings on it, The person working with me kept asking me to hurry up.

Food quality has conti yes to decline. I M going to stick with Jersey Mike's, Firehouse or JJ's.

Excellent service, and excellent food even after a homeless man took a bite out of your sandwich. I love this place.

I keep trying this location because it is closer. But the bread is too often dry and crumbly and the sandwich makers are stingy with the vegetables. I would drive out of my way to Independence where it is consistently fresh and made well.
