Subway, Portland OR

Subway is one of the few delis that reliably carries gluten-free bread options. Not this one! I went to three different subways in the area and all of them had stopped carrying gluten-free options. To whoever the owner is: shame on you! Gluten-free options are the only way some of us can eat!

The kid with the long hair takes literally a year to make a sandwich. Wasted my whole lunch break without being able to order and there were only 3 people in line.

I entered this place intending to purchase an order food for a date with my wife. Before doing this however I noticed bacon had fallen into the shredded chicken. I asked the employee if the manager was available and the young man that came out it seemed ready to hear me out. However, after recommending changing the layout such that the ham would not fall into other meats in the process of picking up and moving the ham to the sandwiches the gentleman decided to tell me that more qualified people inspect the establishment regularly and that they've done it for 15 years this way. The more qualified people statement essentially left me deciding to leave this restaurant without placing an order. I was quite offended! This so-called manager should be retrained. This occurred on Friday evening January 13th.

This is the slowest and dirtiest subway I have ever been too! The floor was so sticky and gross not to mention they had one customer in the whole place and it too the worker an abnoxious amount of time to make her one sandwich, and she did NOT wash her hands before making my food! Definitely take the time to drive another location.

Eric greeted us, made fun conversation and made our food in a timely fashion. He was patient with my dad who is older and hard of hearing too. When I have an extra good experience I want to give a shout out! And today Eric made our night. Thank you so much for being friendly and efficient!

This store owes me a refund due to the fact that the do not carry an item still eligible to be ordered online and their management has ignored two online requests for explanation. Do not make online or pickup orders from this location, they will not fulfill them as promised or return your money.

Dropped in for lunch, won't make that mistake again. Was ignored, apparently the one staff member has more important things to do so after awhile I left. Will go somewhere else for lunch.

The girl working the evening of Thanksgiving was great! She was friendly, efficient and doing her very best as she appeared to be alone. Not sure why managers scheduled her alone on such a busy night but she was doing a great job! She needs a raise and a few well deserved days off.

Getting really tired of walking into the happy valley Wal-Mart subway to a guy, the same guy sleeping on a table. When you tell workers who knows, seems like your, the customer the bad guy. Next day samethingcome on guy's.
