Dear Subway Management,

I must admit, I was initially skeptical of your establishment. I have always been a staunch advocate of cooking my own meals and enjoying them in the peace and quiet of my own home. But upon a friend's recommendation, I decided to give your Subway a try. And I must say, I was pleasantly surprised.

I ordered your meatball sub, and I have to say, the meatballs were quite good. Now, I know what you're thinking - "Ron Swanson, a man who loves his breakfast food, enjoying a meatball sub? " But I assure you, it was quite satisfying for my lunchtime hunger.

Your bread was fresh, the cheese was melted to perfection, and the marinara sauce was just the right amount of tangy. I have to say, I was impressed.

Overall, I would say that your Subway is a solid choice for those looking for a quick and tasty lunch. While I still prefer cooking my own meals, I would not hesitate to visit your establishment again in the future.

Service was quick, sandwich was perfect, and the two people working were both really nice to my kids! Cookies were just like we remeber them (really good). We'll stop in here again!

I was absolutely stunned when I got in the drive-through lane one car in front of me and as she pulled up to the window I pulled up to order and the gal said due to shorting staff staff shortages I’m going to close the drive-through lane and I was like are you kidding me? There’s nobody behind me she said well you can pull around and walk in the store and order and I said no I’m not going to do that I don’t understand why you can’t make one sandwich she said no I’m gonna have to close to drive through and I said well now I can’t get out because there’s someone in front of me at the window and she said well I won’t B very long getting theirs so I had to wait for that person to leave drove around the front looked in there was one couple sitting on the table eating nobody else in line or in the whole place terrible I was stunned

Lyndsey I hope that’s how she sells her name, went above and beyond when we went into Subway on 135th in Clackamas. As a senior I’m technical challenged so couldn’t figure out the ordering online so I could get the BOGO50 I called and she gave me instructions and when I still couldn’t figure it out, she called me and said she had a coupon if I wanted to come in. Who would take the time to do that. Such a kind thing to do. I told my husband this will be our go to place. She was so kind and so patient. She is an asset to the Subway company. Great customer service and great food. Thank you Lyndsey for all you did for us!

Normally when I walk into a subway and there's people ahead of me I know it's going to be a while. But that wasn't the case here in Clackamas they were running the store like a well oiled machine!

The workers here are always so friendly and polite. I LOVE THIS SUBWAY! 100% better than any subway I have ever been to. The food is always so fresh and delicious. The new #8 is just heavenly and I will be coming here way more often on my way home. 10/10 recommend.

This location usually has very friendly staff but today I came in and the two men working front didn't greet me or smile and then didn't thank me or say have a good day after I paid. I was having a great day and tried to be friendly and was saying thank you to them. Absolutely nothing. 4 stars cause I've never had a bad experience before. Y'all, come on. Basic customer service!

As good as always. They updated the menu with many items and changed the drinks to Coke, to me it's the favorite drink over all others including Pepsi.

I haven't dined here in ages. Mostly since I am on a plant based diet, yet to my surprise there are a few vegan choices. What impresses me is that the gal that served me, with some help from the other sandwich maker, remained calm and patient, positive and helpful. I had questions about ingredients and I was following a list online that were plant based vegan options; she stayed the course, smiling and happy to have been a help when I showed gratitude. Usually I am recieved with negativity, impatience, resistance to continue being questioned, and inconvenienced by my special requests. I had none of that today and recieced impeccable service from the young lady who made my sandwich, I think it's in order to say thank you very much! Thank you, and it was a pretty good sandwich too. I had the veggie patty, toasted on Italian white, a pile of mixed veggies, Frank's hot sauce, yellow mustard, s&p, v&o, and the acai berry drink deeelish!

Greeted me with rolled eyes when I walked in
Then continued putting cheese on bread while I stood there waiting
Idk about others but lunch breaks are limited
If you see a customer you help them then attend to the bread later right?
You just lost a customer that works very close and would come very often but now I will never come back and Ill be sure to tell my 249 co workers should any of them ask not to ho because of your horrible service!

The gentleman that made my breakfast sandwich did an awesome job, very curtious, made me the sandwich that I asked for. I will be coming back to this location as it's not far from my work.keep up the good job everyone.

Disappointed I ordered the steak and it was so dry I almost choked I'm disappointed with Subway

Everyone was helpful, hard at work, cleaning, all had a updeat and positive attitude! Love to see the smiling eyes and to hear the laughter! Tried a new sandwich today and it was delicious! Im thankful for the experience today!?

I use the on line ordering and they always have gotten it right and on time. I wish they made it easier to tip. Good fresh food!

Would be great if the menu could be consistent about what a Subway Club is. Tried to get a Subway Melt twice before and kept being told that that sandwich was now the Club. Ordered the Club tonight expecting my usual ham, turkey, and bacon, and ended up with roast beef instead. Guess I'll just be ordering a sandwich from scratch from now on.
