Failed to adhere to there posted hours, claims there open but when you show up during there listed business hours they are closed

Twice now I've had to go back after getting home with our food. 1st time they put a sauce on the sandwich we didn't ask for and 2nd last night our sandwiches were so soggie and messy no one in my house would eat them after spending $21.89 on 2 foot longs there are 4 of us so we share 6 inches. 1st time I sent complaints to owners or manager and they're response was oh well they really didn't seem to care. And last night the lady argued it with me. Oh and they insist on seeing the sandwich and only replace what wasn't eaten which is fine but how is the customer being accommodated if they're the ones who have to take it back after getting by home and arguing with staff over a request to replace it is not right. I should have to agrue my point when I can show you how disgusting your staff made it. Subway has lost it value and gotten greedy. Use to be a good go to spot, but looks like we will find somewhere else that cares about their service and presentation.

Looking for keto bread as advertised on the commercial. They do not have it at this location. Did not buy anything. Disappointed.

Was charged 9.99 for a steak and egg breakfast sandwich, which I've never paid more than 7.99 for, they didn't have breakfast options listed on the menu either, she I could see the price before hand. The sandwich was fine, but I feel like I got taken.

The price of their sandwiches has skyrocketed while the quality has not! Might as well just get the best & go to Firehouse subs.

It had been years since I've been to a Subway and honestly it was a last resort since my normal sandwich shop was out of stuff. I noticed the new choices and went with the Turkey Caliclub. Not expecting much but needing to eat before work. Pleasantly surprised. Nice work Subway I will now start coming here again.

The service was great. Went through the drive thru. Long line but went quickly and order was correct and the person at the window was very polite.

Update: I just have to say that the crew here are amazing! I asked for humourous names, and they came through! You guys made our day!
Best Subway! I've eaten at many Subways from Oregon to Arizona, and this one is my favorite! The staff here are great, food is always fresh, and very quick!

It was not a welcoming place. It also took someone a little longer to serve us. Also the sandwich maker was rude and didn't want to b there. Idk if she was having a bad day or just didn't want to make our sandwiches. I wil not order from there again. Bad service

Restaurant was very clean was acknowledged as soon as I walked through the door with a hello they listen to what I wanted on my sandwich and told me to have a good day that's the first time I've been in that Subway and I don't know how long congrats you did a good job

The team here is great. So friendly and kind to every customer even when the customers aren't being so kind or friendly. They always greet me with a smile and one of the girls knows my sandwich by heart. True I pretty much order the same thing every time but, it's rare these days that anyone bothers themselves remembering their customers. They rock! I feel bad for you if you go to other Subway's cause the team here is the best.

Ordered by drive thru, the employees rushed the order and would not listen. Clarified orders at the window. One sandwich still ended up being wrong. Their excuse was that they were busy. I do not intend on going back to this store location.

The workers are always very friendly, efficient and fast with the sandwich making. I enjoy going to this location because they are always so nice! Definitely recommend.

This place is an embarrassment on many levels. Today I literally spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. I was the 5th car. When I was able to order I had to repeat myself several times. That's frustrating. She wasn't listening which is blatantly obvious by the incomplete order we received. After I already paid I was shorted a large Dr pepper and 2 cookies. I looked at the receipt and they weren't there (I literally had to repeat myself twice on those items). Then I was told they'd have to charge for me for the missing items. I replied "I just spent 30 minutes waiting I think you can afford to just give me those" How much is a large soda and 3 cookies valued at? No apologies but instead an excuse. They had 4 people working, barely any inside traffic and it still took 30 minutes to get through the drive through? They just lost two peoples business. Hope that estimated cost of. 15 was worth it.

Ordered a $9.00 Turkey and Ham Salad w/Honey Mustard Dressing through Doordash. Item shows up with NO meat and NO dressing. So I figure everybody makes a mistake so I get the credit through Doordash and order it again. You guessed it Item shows up with NO Meat, NO Cheese, and NO Dressing. I'm a little confused on how you can screw up that bad. So I get the food credit through Doordash, but I'm still out delivery fees and tip to the delivery driver that had nothing to do with making the order.

Well u can't sit inside but I love it because they don't mess up on the orders and super yummy to yes the best sub way I've been 2 in a long while.
