The person was happy to make special accomodations for me, and made pleasant conversation. Food was good, and everything was clean

Tried to order through drive through and the lady refused and said she had 4 online orders ahead of me. Just close the drive thru down.went to KFC instead. This was a terrible job of customer service

It's pretty sad when there's not a smile in the whole place it would seem like you would get a pretty good sandwich for$15 even when I tell them what to put on but that was definitely not the case today I wish people would have the attitude that no matter what you do try to do your best they obviously don't believe in that on the shift that I encountered it was very sad

I ordered online an hour in advance, but they were still 20 minutes late on my order, and I missed my lunch due to their incompetence

Food was good.kind of boring people working there.they had no sense of humor and showed no interest in making small talk while they made my sandwich. Similar to a robot with ai and without a personality. The sandwich was good tho.

While making my tuna sandwich the girl made a strange face at me. My partner and I thought it was odd that she did that but ignored it. Last night and now? Puking my guts up. Not sure if the tuna went bad but I was feeling absolutely fine until I ate this sandwich.

Worst experience I have ever had at subway all 3 of my sandwiches ordered were wrong. Normally this store is very good they need to train a little better.

Sub crushed by server when splitting loaf.happens often.

Ordered online, they sent me a message saying it was ready. Not ready when I got there. And they didn't follow my list of the things I wanted on their. She kept asking me what I wanted on my sandwich. Just follow the list. Not ordering online anymore.

Owner took away the Veggie patty making this place completely useless to vegetarians/vegans.

There was one employee there that made sure no wilted or not so fresh veggies went on our sandwiches. I appreciate the extra attention he paid in the preparation. The next time we went we weren't as lucky. However, they were busy, and it is fast food.

Lindsey went so out of her way to make our visit absolutely terrific, best service i have had in years.

It's the usual subway. Unfortunately some of the employees could care less about the words coming out of your mouth when saying "a little bit of lettuce". Also, avoid the "Boss" sandwich. It may sound good, it's not.

I wish I could give atmosphere and service 0 stars. I have had my simple orders messed up on multiple occasions but this experience was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The drive through guy was not very kind and messed up my order and had to ask me multiple times to clarify and still managed to mess it up. I got home and realize the mix up and I called and kindly asked for them to remake my sandwich so I can swing by and pick up the corrected one. The guy on the phone took my order. Didn’t apologize and hung up. When I showed up, this lady with blonde hair chose to ignore me. She eventually said she will be “right with me” and continued to clean and move things around. The guy who initially helped me in the window was staring at me multiple times and didn’t say a word. I stood there for about 5 minutes waiting when I can visibly see my made sandwich on the counter waiting for me. When the lady was finally ready to help me, I told her I was picking up a sandwich. She says “we don’t have any sandwiches for pick up” and I then told her I was there to pick up a corrected sandwich that was messed up. She then snatched the sandwich off the counter and pushes it to me aggressively. I then snapped and told her to include the chocolate chip cookie I paid for. She then wanted to argue with me that that wasn’t apart of the order. I’m just so disappointed with the customer service I received. I use to work for fast food and I understand situations where the customer isn’t always right, however, I was right. Treat me with kindness and respect. Not to mention, I left them a tip! I will never eat here again

Good healthy fast food and good value when you use the monthly coupons that come in the mail

The girl behind the counter made my 3 ft Longs fast. They looked great and tasted even better.
