12A foot long BLT, 2 lays chips and a small drink for over $21. Inflation has hit Subway. Will not go back any time soon. Too expensive!
When I went to subway I went up to the window to order a sandwich and the manager abruptly opened the window and asked “do you have a pick up order? ” And I said no that I only wanted a 6 inch sandwich she looked at me and told me there were seven mobile orders and I was out of luck and slammed the window in my face.
Two females working. One was very very RUDE. AND VERY SHORT WITH CUSTOMERS. WE WILL NE ER GO TO THIS SUBWAY AGAIN. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A RESTAURANT AND HA E THE WORKER ACT SO RUDE AND NASTY. REALL NEED BETTER WORKERS AT THIS SUBWAY. THIS PLACE IS CLEAN BUT THATS BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMERS. AND I CAN SEE WHY.unless you want to be treated rude don't eat hear. I can't beleave how rude the female worker was.
THE MANAGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY ALONG WITH THE STAFF. Most Ridiculous customer service. Never in my life have I ever witnessed a situation handled more poor than this. Banning someone for life after refusing them one extra sandwich after YOUR staff was RUDE to them is absolutely ridiculous.
Just got our 2 sandwiches after waiting for over 45min. Everyone that was there (5 total cars) including inside, waited quite some time. The food was cold, had long hair in it, and they gave us tiny portions. Very disappointed. Will not return.
I absolutely love Subway. Great sandwiches with a wide choice of fillings. However it has become so expensive to go there now, I can only afford it when I get some coupons in the mail. They do send out coupons quite regularly though.
This place is clean and the food is fresh the things I don't like is that they never answer the phone here. If you need to place a order you better do it online cause they won't answer the phone for you. Also a couple of the workers aren't very friendly.
Great sandwiches and good occasional discounts. And subways are everywhere, so they are convenient. As far as atmosphere, I always get my sandwiches to-go so that is not important.
Latest visit - Failed to follow noted request! I live about 15 minutes from Subway. I asked that dressings be on the side so sandwiches do not get soggy between purchase and home. I got soggy sandwiches.
I arrived and had to wait for 5 minutes while they took a phone order. After having me wait for a phone order the woman had me wait while she made 3 sandwiches. There was no one else in the store, and I could have been attended first. Instead I had to wait 20 minutes or more to even start ordering. On top of everything the customer service was mediocre at best. Extremely disappointed in the service I received.

Smile for your customers and don’t take it personal if someone adds avocados after the sandwich is assembled. I couldn’t find the avocados so I asked you if you had any. Your gestures proved that you got upset but why? It’s just avocados.
Customer service has gone down the drain here, employees about kill you with their rude looks and could use some help in customer service! They might as well say they're closed at 8pm if their goal is to be out by 9pm!
